A new
Christian was told to use the… ‘Open the Bible’, eyes closed; and put a finger on
a ‘Verse’… and that is “God’s Will for ‘You”: “Method!” Do ‘You’ suppose he felt like: “Hanging Himself”…? After
all, he was just following instructions from an older Christian. I use that as
a ‘Hyperbole’ of what… “Not to Do”…! Too many walk a ‘Church Aisle’… and make
an emotional decision for Christ. It is ‘Not’ based on His Holy Word… or on “Facts
of Biblical Truth”… but on ‘Group Emotion’.
I have seen such ‘Trickery’ used… for a very long time. Another one is: ‘Everyone’
close your eyes; and If ‘You’ want to make a ‘Decision’ for Christ: Slip Up
your hand and then back Down! Such a ‘Travesty’ is rampart throughout Churches
here in America. One Dean of a Christian Bible school told me personally in
conversation, “I cannot understand why so very many Christian Teens… leave the
Faith. He had just compiled statics from a survey of over ’10,000’ teens:
across a network of “Faiths & Denominations”. Simple Answer…? Outward ‘Compliance’
to the “Christian Lifestyle” of their: Parents and others in their Church.
What HAPPENS when “One is
Raised”… as a ‘Christian’... “WITHOUT”… being “Born Again”… by God's Holy
Spirit...?

Never
Make a Gospel Appeal to People's Emotions
Have ‘You’
ever been to a Concert…? A Symphony or Rock Concert or Christian
Concert…? There is a certain… “Group Dynamic”… that is there. The same thing
can be said about the… “Riot Mentality”… that drives people to ‘Steal &
Loot’. All these appear to be under some other influence: that is not normal.
Feelings can be also used to Motivate a Soldier during war or military action:
either for ‘Good or Cowardice’. So too, the ‘Adulterous Spouse’ will use any
excuse to… ‘Break their Wedding Vows to God!” Feelings are not the issue… it is
our “Control & Application” of these Feelings! The Jews ‘Feelings’ wanted
to make Jesus King on Palm Sunday… and their ‘Feelings’ also caused them to
join in and say… “Crucify Him!” “Crucify Him!” Do your feelings drive ‘You’… or
do ‘You’ control them…? If Christ Jesus is your LORD… shouldn’t “Obedience” to
His Holy Word be… “Paramount to Feelings”…? “Yes or No”…? Please answer…?

there “Valid Feelings”… which we
experience…? Yes, a Godly sorrow that brings Repentance! How about a feeling
for a “Parent or Child”… that has passed into Eternity…? Sometimes, I believe
we hold the things of this ‘World’… “Too Tightly!” When was the last time ‘You’
were at a Funeral… and someone got up and… “Thanked God: for the time they had
with that Person”…? Have ‘You’ ever been to a funeral… where the people ‘Rejoiced’
for the departed… “Knowing they had gone to be with Christ Jesus…? Perhaps our
focus needs to be ‘Redirected’…? Remember Gods’ Grace is Available… for ‘each
& every’ situation of Life. The fact is that we: do ‘Not’ take advantage of
‘His Grace!’ It then can be a hindrance to our “Testimony” of what He has done
in our Lives. I know of people who have refused to have fellowship with one
another… because of the death of a ‘Pet!’ Remember that country song, “Help me
make it through the Night?” The words go, “I don’t care what is right or wrong;
help me make it through the Night! You had better care what is “Right or Wrong”…
because the God of the Bible… Chastens [Spanks] those who are “Truly His”…!

7:9-10) Now I am happy, not because you had such sorrow, but because your
sorrow led you to repentance. For you were sorry in a godly way, and so you
were not hurt by us in any way.
(2Cor 7:10) For having sorrow in a godly way results in repentance
that leads to salvation and leaves no regrets. But the sorrow of the world
produces death.

Where does this “Battle” take place…? Of course in our: “Minds & Will”. We
either allow our ‘Emotions’ to drive us… or we allow our: “Obedience to the
Holy Word of God”. Just imagine the “Hundreds of Thousands of HOURS”… ‘You’
have aloud the: “TV, Movies & Videos”… to ‘Change’ your “Mind &
Heart”…? Why else is “SEX” so acceptable: outside of Marriage… among those WHO
call themselves… “Christian”…? Why is there so very much “Divorce & Remarriage
into Adultery” among Believers…? They are “Silent” on this issue… as much as
they are on… “Abortion!” The Murder of Innocent Babies… in their American
Mother’s Wombs! But they “FEEL”… that we need a “New President”…? Do any call
for: “REPENTANCE”… among the ‘Church & Believers’…? And they “FEEL”… that
God should still… ‘Bless America’…? …American’s
buy Over FOUR $ Trillion dollars in Illegal Drugs Including MARIJUANA! American
Mothers have MURDERED Over 55,000,000 Million “INNOCENT” Babies by Abortion.
American is the World's Largest “EXPORTER”… of PORN & Abortion Technology! What
is “Wrong” with that ‘Picture’…? And our money says, “God Bless America”…?
