How about it… have you ever been out of something while cooking and had to substitute something else for it? I love cooking and often time experiment till the recipe is how I like it. Many times I will add in ‘Hotness’ with green chilies rather than the red ones. When making gravies, the corn starch will be substituted with flower. But in that case, I take the flower and Ice and water and shake it up, in a separate container, to have homogenous mixture so that my gravy is without… ‘Lumps!’

My very first recollection… of a ‘substitute’, was in the first grade. Our teacher was out for something and we had a ‘substitute’ for that week. This seems to be a regular occurrence in most of the schools. Often times we find that the ‘substitutes’ in life, do not measure up to what we are used to. “Change” does not come easily to many and yet it is an… “Inevitable fact of Life!” Often times we will do with what we ‘have’ instead of… ‘What we think, we have to have’.

For the past… many years, I have been using ‘Mobile One’, 100% Synthetic oil in my vehicles. You see that is a ‘Substitute’ for the petroleum oils normally used. Yet the cost is higher, but the benefits are more. The Porsche, BMW, and Corvette vehicles, come stock with it and their warranty is voided if ‘any other’ oil were used. The racers at Indy use synthetic oils so it must be able to take the punishing engineering problems of a 200-MPH plus run.

How about a Butter… “Substitute?” In the name of being health conscious, many have changed their diets. The manufactures have taken advantage of this atmosphere of ‘non-thinking’ and ‘Substituted’ some products which may be ‘less healthful’ than… plain butter. The fallacy of counting fat grams… ‘Never’… comes into thought, when eating dessert or ice cream. Actually desert is a ‘Substitute’ for healthier foods. How about a sweet apple or other fruit for dessert instead of those, “Fat and Sugar Calories?”

Our legal system… is based on our constitution. The laws of the land, America, have their basis in that document. Local states and municipalities have based their laws on that constitution and the bill of rights. Our court systems operate under the jurisdiction of that federal constitution and their individual state constitutions. Our federal and state legislators all have their basis in the form of law and ‘jurist prudence’. Even the laws governing speeding have their basis in the Law. Do you ‘Substitute’ your speeding, for the posted limit…?

The 10-commandments… given by God through Moses to Israel and mankind can be found in the Bible, Exodus chapter 20 and Deuteronomy 5. It is simply called, The Law of God or the Word of God. Many of the Churches have taken ‘some’ their teachings from the Bible… but Not All… do so. The often “Substitute”… their teachings of their particular Denomination… for that of the Bible. Often times, as not to offend those that give ‘donations’, they will… “Not hold to the Biblical Standard”. That is why there are so many different Denominations, each claiming that… they have the Truth.

Many times one can find… discussions about the Bible and Salvation on any BB. Often times one will protect the teachings of their Denomination, as they ‘Substitute’ that teaching for that of “The Holy Spirit through the Word of God”. When answering the question or statement, I simply ‘cut & paste’, Bible verses in answering the inquiry. IF one does not hold to the “Complete Authority of the Bible”… they will disagree. When we all stand before GOD… and are judged for this life, will He use “His Word”… or will He take your… “Substitution for His Word?” … “NOT!”

Is salvation in Christ… permanent or can one… ‘Lose their Salvation?’ That is plain enough for anyone to read about in the Scriptures… unless you ‘Substitute’… your opinion for that of God, the God of the Bible. Often times we have been taught to think as our Church thinks. How many, go home and question what we have heard from the Pulpit? Perhaps we can take a lesson from the early Church that did this…?

How about Water Baptism… is it necessary for Salvation? Simply asked… Will you ‘Substitute’ what your Church teaches, for what the “Word of God… Teachers?” There are many such discussions on FB The Bible site. There are two sides, “Yes –‘or’– No”. Those that believe the Bible, use the Bible verses “In Context”. Often times others will use only a few verses, instead of posting, all the verses that have do with that Subject. ‘The Context’ of a particular Bible verse, can often be found in the Text of the same Chapter, or Book of the Bible.

Just this week… I posted these verses on a Bible discussion board in response to a question. Sorry your ‘god [small-g]… is Politically Correct… but the God of the Bible is… “Not So!” Many churches have female pastors and even some Homosexual Churches do too. How can a practicing homosexual, even be a pastor or Bible Teacher, when the Word of God condemns such a lifestyle…? Simple…! All one has to do is to… “Substitute”… your opinion for the “Unchanging Word of God!”

Divorce is nothing but… “Substitution!” Most of the time, the spouse that files for the divorce, remarries soon after the legal action is complete. Their “Wedding Vows”, before witnesses and before “God”… means absolutely ‘nothing’. Seldom ever do you hear anymore… “IF anyone can show just cause why this couple should not be married… let them come forth… or forever hold their peace?” Preachers do no uphold the Biblical Standard that God has set for marriages, “Till death do you part!” Say it isn’t so…? What have you… “Substituted”… for the Word of God?

“SUBSTITUTION”… is the inevitable outcome of… “Not Obeying the Word of God”. Our personal preferences and positions are either for God, or against God. There is ‘no’ middle ground. It is like being ‘dead or alive’. You ‘are’ pregnant or you ‘are not’ pregnant. You ‘have’ cancer or you ‘don’t’ have cancer. Simply chose who, you will believe, in ‘each & every’ aspect of “Life and of Death”.

Recently there have been… a lot of posting by ‘Mockers’ on the “FB Bible” site. They have come there to post mockings about the Bible and Christian beliefs’. Ever wonder what kind of life they ‘Really’ have…? It must be a “shallow one”, to come and mock something that one does not believe in? It was be as silly as one, mocking a Pink Elephant. This group of ‘Mockers’ contains many Pseudo Christians, Atheists’, Agnostic and just “plain & simple”, ‘Non-Believers!’

*** (Jude 1:17-18-19) But you, beloved, = remember the words = spoken before = by the apostles = of our Lord Jesus Christ,
(Jude 1:18) Because they told you = that at the ‘last time’ = there will be = “MOCKERS” = according to their lusts, = leading = ‘ungodly’ lives.
(Jude 1:19) These are those = setting themselves apart, = animal-like ones, = not having = the [Holy] Spirit.

There is a War… that has been going on for the… ‘Hearts & Minds’… of mankind. It has to do with God and His Word, the Bible. Each one of us, likes to believe that we are, bosses in our own lives. We pick the houses we live in, the vehicles we drive, the job we work at and the ones we Love. Yet in this, “Thought of Controlling our Live”… we fail to realize that most of that is simply an ‘illusion of control’. We make certain choices… driven by our desires and many times… ‘not’ with our “Though Processes!”

*** (James 1:13-to-16) When someone is tempted, = he should not say, = "I am being tempted by God," = because God = cannot be tempted by evil, = nor does he tempt anyone.
(Jas 1:14) Instead, = each person = is tempted = by his own desire, = being lured = and = trapped by it.
(Jas 1:15) When that desire = becomes pregnant, = it gives birth to sin; = and when that sin matures, = it gives birth to death.
(Jas 1:16) Do not be deceived, = my dear brothers.

Those that come to Mock… do so, out of their ‘Willful Ignorance.’ Most that post there do so ‘not’ out of seeking ‘Truth’. They simply do so because they have… “Rejected the Truth of the Word of God”. They cannot get to God, so they simply ‘Mock’ those that Believe God and His Word. Many times I see them posting Bible verses out of context. Surely, they in life, would not post an… “Algebraic Quadratic Equation”… to ‘Balance’, their Checking or Banking account.

(1Corinthians 14:40) Let = ‘all’ things = be done = decently = and = in order.


Those that come to ‘Mock’… also have some ‘religion’ that they were exposed to in early life. That adolescent rebellion, that we all seen to have in our teen years… seems to have take root and bore fruit in ‘their’ own lives. Even though they may have adult bodies [over 18]… their mind, will and emotions are still… ‘Child Like.” They cannot produce any ‘cognitive discussions’ but simply use ‘Mocking’ as their only defense to their… “Empty Meaningless Lives!”

*** (Jeremiah 29:13) And you = shall seek Me [God] = and = find Me, = when you = search for Me = with all your heart.

*** (Jeremiah 17:9) The heart = is deceitful = above ‘all’ things, = and = desperately wicked; = who [then] = can know it?

We are born in Sin… and in rebellion against God. That sin was passed down in the human lineage, from Adam & Eve. Many disavow this fact, but perhaps you will allow me to ask some simple questions? Does a child have to be taught to Lie, to Steal or even talk back to his or her… parents? That is a rhetorical question! Of course ‘not’, they do it ‘by nature’ as we all do. Say it isn’t so? IF you have ever had children or visited a home with children, you know this to be true. It goes something like this… “NO, I won’t eat my Spinach, I don’t like Spinach!”

*** (Matthew 15:18-19) But those things = which proceed = out of the mouth = come forth from the heart; = and = they defile the man.
(Matt 15:19) For = out of the heart = proceeds = evil thoughts, = murders, = adulteries, = fornications, = thefts, = false witness, = blasphemies:

Many times ‘Mocking’… comes from ‘willful ignorance’. Before the advent of Cell Phones, one could not readily summon… ‘Emergency Help or the Police’. IF the harmful act took place somewhere there was not a working land line phone… one had to move to a different location, to find one. So too… those that are ‘Not Looking for God’… will not find Him, because they ‘really’ don’t want to find Him. What they fail to realize… is that they are captive to the Blindness that comes from Satan.

*** (2Corinthians 4:3-4) But also = if = our gospel = is hidden, = it is hidden = to those = being lost,
(2Cor 4:4) in whom = the god of this world [Satan] = has blinded = the minds = of the unbelieving ones, = so that = the light = of the glorious gospel of Christ = Who is the image of God = should not = dawn on them.

Those that Mock God… also deny the power that Satan has over them. They simply fall into the same trap Adam & Eve had. They question the ‘Validity’… of the “Power & Complete Authority of God”. Say it isn’t so? Those that have problems with God and His Word, the Bible… also have human “Authority Problems”… with those that are “Boss” over them. We all have ‘someone’ over us, in each and every position that we can experience in life. Say it isn’t so…?

Simply try Flying… and then see all the ‘Hoops’ you must go through! The last time I went to London, UK, I was allowed to carry on, ‘two bags’ when leaving the USA. But in the London Gatwick Airport, I was allowed… “Only ‘One’ Carryon”… through the security checkpoint. Surely I bought some things in the duty free shop, but they were on the departure side of the airport.

*** (Romans 13:1) Let every soul = be subject = to the higher authorities. = For there is = no authority = but of God; = the authorities = that exist = are ordained [permitted] = by God.

Many times in my working career… I was asked to do things that were ‘not’ of my pay grade. In fact they were ‘below’ my pay grade. But I simply complied, as I was ‘not’ the Boss! Too many times, it our ‘Human Pride’, that gets in the way of someone coming to God. They feel that they are ‘good enough’ in their own right, and ‘better’ than most they know. Yet there is ‘not one’ human being that can meet the requirements of God, to get to heaven. It is simply perfection!

*** (Romans 5:8) But God = commends = His love = toward ‘us’ = in that = while we were yet sinners = Christ [Jesus] = died for us.

*** (Titus 3:3-to-7) For we ourselves = also = were once foolish, = disobedient, = deceived, = slaving for various lusts and pleasures, = living in malice and envy, = hateful, = hating one another.
(Tit 3:4) But when = the kindness and love = of God our Savior = toward man = appeared,
(Tit 3:5) Not by works = of righteousness = which we have done, = but according to = His mercy = He saved us, = through the washing of regeneration = and = renewal of the Holy Spirit,
(Tit 3:6) Whom = He [God] = poured out on us = abundantly = through Jesus Christ our Savior,
(Tit 3:7) that = being justified = by His grace, = we should become = ‘heirs’ = according to = the hope of eternal life.

After hearing all this… will you still… “Mock God?” Those that are looking for God will realize that all that we have… comes from Him. Yes, even those things we call good or bad. Those bad things… often help us… change our perspective from us, back to God. But the many ‘Mockers’, who are blinded by Satan, go on their way, thinking ‘themselves’, to be greater that God. If they would simply be ‘honest’… they would soon realize that they have ‘never’ been honest.

*** (Psalms 14:1) To the Chief Musician. A Psalm [song] of David. = The fool = has said in his heart, = There is no God! = They acted corruptly; = they have done abominable works, = there is ‘none’ = who does good.

*** (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14) Let us = hear = the conclusion = of the whole matter. = Fear God, = and = keep His commandments. = For this is = the whole duty of man.
(Eccl 12:14) For God = shall bring = every work = into judgment, = with every secret thing, = whether it is ‘good’, = or = whether ‘evil’.

Mockers are to themselves ‘god’ [small-g]…! They will not have ‘anyone’ tell them what to do, where to go, who to be with and ‘Especially’… “What NOT to Do!” God has provided a Savior, in the ‘Finished Work of Redemption’… by Christ Jesus. Many will reject this and cover themselves with their… ‘Religion’. That in itself is… “Mocking God!” Religion never saved anyone, it is simply mans’ puny attempt to make himself right with God, which can “Never Be!”

If mankind need… a ‘religion’ or a ‘non-religion’… there would be no need for God and for the Savior of all Mankind… “Christ Jesus!” But he does need a Savior, Rejected by Many, Accepted by Few. Say it isn’t So…? How many do you know, that ‘read & obey’… their Bibles? Most substitute their Bibles, with what is ‘falsely called’… “God Talk!” They are platonic sayings, that do not hold to the Truth of Scripture… but sound really good, to the… ‘Spiritually Blind’.

Perhaps, if you can be “Honest”…? You will re-examine what you believe about God…? But there are… ‘So Very Many’… that cannot even be honest, in the everyday things of life! If you are reading this and do not know God, it is my prayer and the Will of God… that you come to Him, on His terms. Can you be ‘honest’ at least once in your life…? Simply tell God, the best way you know how, that you don’t believe Him or His Word, the Bible. Tell Him that you are going to ‘honestly examine’, His claims in His Word…! IF you will Truly Mean this… You will Find… God!

*** (Romans 10:9-to-13) Because = if = you confess = the Lord Jesus, = and = believe = in your heart = that God = has raised Him = from the dead, = you = shall be saved.
(Rom 10:10) For = with the heart = one believes = unto righteousness, = and = with the mouth = one confesses = unto salvation.

Surely all of us… have heard about the earthquake and related human tragedies in Haiti? But should that be our concern…? IF you will just take some time to read this blog, perhaps you will have a different “Cognitive Approach” to the ‘real’ facts and concerns. These facts and what ‘really happens’ in such situations, needs to be addressed, without the emotion of the moment. First allow me to ask, “Do you believe everything you hear on the ‘news’… or do they have an ‘agenda’… they want you to believe…?” Will you allow your ‘emotions’, to rule your thinking…?

*** (Job 2:9-10) And his wife = said to him, = Do you = still hold to = your integrity? = Curse God = and die!
(Job 2:10) But he = said to her, = You speak = as one of the ‘foolish’ ones speak. = What? = Shall we receive ‘good’ = at the hand of God, = and = shall we not receive ‘evil’ [also]? = In all this = Job =did not sin = with his lips.

Mankind is 'wrongly' led to believe… that God, the God of the Bible, is “Not” in control. All that happens here, is only by a mere ‘happenstance’ of natural occurrences’. Nothing could be further… from the “Truth”. When we are born, we are surely, to die. Nothing in life is guaranteed and all happens as a result of the ‘actions or non-actions’ of others. If you are truly born again by the Holy Spirit of God and are truly a Christian… then it is for you to ‘trust’… what God has said in His Word, the Bible. If you are ‘not’ His child, then you are ruled with… the ‘whims’ of this worlds ‘circumstances’.

*** (Isaiah 45:6-7) that they = may know = from the rising of the sun, = and = to the sunset, that there is = ‘none’ = besides Me. = I am Jehovah [God], = and = there is ‘none’ else; [No other God]
(Isa 45:7) forming the light = and = creating darkness; = making peace = and = [allowing] creating evil. = I Jehovah = do ‘all’ these things.

When a Catastrophe happens… Many are taken back with the images that ‘the media’ presents. We are shown views of crashed buildings and injured people. Do you remember… the Islamic Terrorist Attack on the Twin Towers, “9-11”…? Those were some of the same Islamic Terrorists that have made… human bomb attacks… in the ‘Middle Eastern’ countries. Yet the media will ‘not’ call it an Islamic Terrorist Attack. Why is that…? Do you ever think you will hear… “The Truth”… from the mainstream media…? Why do they not say… Islamic Terrorists?

During, “9-11”… I was in Indianapolis Indiana… on a business trip. They calling for Blood donations and the blood banks were so overflowed, so that they had to turn people away. Did you know human blood can only be kept for ‘30-days?’ Much of that collected blood was sold to ‘plasma & research’ businesses. How about what happened in other cities, throughout this country? They were turning away people also… but you ‘never’ heard about this blood collection travesty, ‘did you?’

All the donations… for the victims of “9-11” were in excess of Ten Billion Dollars. Yet each one of received a little over one million dollars. All the private and corporate and insurance compensations were… ‘Never’ accounted for. Do you suppose that all the “Donations”… reached the victim families…? “Absolutely Not!” Only one day did I see a news article about the ‘supposed fraud’… and then no more. Yet they were still accepting donations from all sources for some time. It made people… feel good inside… to give… even without knowing where the monies went to…?

How about the Tsunami… that rocked Malaysia in 2004? We all saw the videos and many donated to that cause. But did you ever hear about… ‘An Accounting’ of those donations…? Surely the USA played a big part in the help provides to that area, as we always do. Remember we are only… ‘One Country’… of the “G7 Nations”, the wealthiest nations group. But what about the funds from the other nations, did you ever hear about their… donations of help…?

This week, John Travolta… flew aid from here in Florida to Haiti. Of course he belongs to the Church of Scientology, which is not really a church. He did it as an outreach because the number of Scientology memberships is diminishing. But what about all the other aid from ‘other private groups’, which were already… flying relief, from Florida to Haiti…? Only the local news here, carries ‘those’ stories. But what about the source supply chain. How is all that donated foodstuffs, water and supplies… going to reach into Haiti…? What emergency plan is in place by those countries? …”None!”

What about those other Countries… bordering the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea? Yes, even the Dominican Republic, which shares the same Island…? Have you heard… any news… on their donations to Haiti? ‘Only’ the complaints of… “Why is it taking so long for aid to reach the people?” The ‘media’ has turned this tragedy into a ‘circus’. Do you have a Plan…? Those who live in California, are told by their state to have an “Earth Quake Plan & Supplies!” Living here in Florida, to too we are told to make preparations for Hurricanes. Those living in cold isolated areas, make plans with back-up generators, for when the power lines are down and they have ‘no electricity’, for a week or 10-days. When I traveled for work, I always had a suite case ready to go, on a moment’s notice. Please allow me to ask you… have you ‘pre-planned’ for the… “Catastrophe”… in life…? “Yes or No”…?

There will be a “Tribulation”… that will come upon all mankind that you cannot imagine! These small disasters will pale in comparison. Most it will take unawares and will be consumed by it. Each one’s soul will be tried… and those trials will reveal whose side you are on. Satan will have almost unlimited power and will fight against God’s People… but will not succeed.

But what about those, “Children in Africa” that are being Killed Daily… in those political conflicts. Are they any ‘less worthy’ of our ‘prayers’? You see the Media has given us a… “Jaded Approach to the News!”

They are “NOT”… the real issue here! It is the… Continued Killing of Innocent Babies… in their mothers’ womb… By ABORTION! That is the only issue here… and ‘not’ the aid of our country to ‘Others’…!

Who are the “Many”…? Does ‘Many’ simply mean, ‘Most?’ Surely, it does ‘not mean’, some or few. “Many means Most”, but who are the ‘Many’ spoken about in most of the Bible, the Word of God? Have you ever looked into the Question, “Are you one of the ‘Many’ or are you ‘one’ of the Few? Most here in America, when asked ‘Claim to be Christian’. Although there are a growing number of younger people who now claim, to be Agnostics or Atheists.

*** (Matthew 7:14) Because = narrow is the gate = and = constricted is the way = which leads to life, = and = there are = ‘Few’ = who find it.

*** (Matthew 12:30) The one = who is not = with Me [Jesus] = is against Me, = and = the one who does not = gather with Me = scatters.

IF, your house were on fire… or one of your children in danger… would you have me… ‘Say Nothing?’ There are “Many”… who say they believe in God! But how can you believe in God and then go ‘against’ His Word. There are “Many” who say they believe in Jesus and then go ‘against’ His Word, the Bible. How can that be…? Simply put, “Their Actions” show their Faith =or= Lack of Faith… in their ‘obedience’ to the Word of God. You say you Love Jesus, but do you… “Read & Obey”… His Word, the Bible?

Many today have a… convenience religion. Some time ago, I was speaking with the Dean of a Bible College. He was sharing that he could not figure out, why, so many Adolescents from Christian Homes… leave the Faith. It is simply a means of “Compliance”, while living at home. They are compliant to their parents and share in family activities, but they are like the ‘many’. It is an “External” compliance with ‘no heart’, that loves the Lord and His Word, the Bible. Not all are like that, but ‘many’ are.

*** (Romans 10:3-4) For they, = being ignorant = of God's righteousness = and = going about = to establish their own righteousness, = have ‘not’ = submitted themselves = to the righteousness of God.
(Rom 10:4) For Christ = is the end of the law [Word of God] = for righteousness = for everyone = who [truly] believes.

Simply think this one through…? IF both parents are ‘truly’ Born Again by the Holy Spirit of God… Christians, THEN would they raise their children to submit to the Word of God, Also? May I use the ‘rule of three’, as it was so with Noah and his family? Ham was a rebel and was cursed. But the other two, feared and loved God. IF we carry that ‘faith’ forward… would not two thirds of the People, love and fear, God? It does not work like that. “Each One”… is directly responsible to God and His Word. There is… “NO”… Hand Me Down… “Faith or Salvation!”

*** (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14) Let us = ‘hear’ the conclusion = of the whole matter. = “Fear God”, = and = ‘keep’ His commandments. = For this is = the whole duty = of mankind.
(Eccl 12:14) For God = shall bring = every work [deed] = into judgment, = with = every secret thing, = whether it is = good, = or = whether = evil.

When you sit in Church… does your mind go to God or to what is going on there? I can remember as little as ‘20-years’ ago, that the “Bible Sermon & Teaching”… took most of the Church service. Now today, it is mostly like a “Super Bowl” celebration. There is more singing and ‘supposed worship’… than there is… “Exhortation and Teaching”… from the Word of God! Please tell me… it isn’t so…? Do you go back home with thoughts about the Word of God, or how good a time you had… with the Worship Music?

*** (Matthew 7:21-22-23) ‘Not everyone’ = who says to Me [Jesus], = Lord! = Lord! = shall enter = the kingdom of Heaven, = but = he who = does the will [Word] = of My Father = in Heaven.
(Matt 7:22) = MANY = will say to Me = in that day, = Lord! = Lord! = Did we ‘not’ = prophesy = in Your Name, = and = through = Your Name = throw out demons, = and = through = Your Name = do “many” = wonderful works?
(Matt 7:23) And then = I [Jesus] = will say = to them = I = “NEVER” = knew you! = Depart from Me, = those working = lawlessness!

“MANY”, ‘Only’ want a positive message…! An incomplete presentation of the Gospel, will not contain the “damnation for unbelief”. Somehow that ‘person’ thinks that that ‘Bad News’ about rejecting Christ Jesus, will turn a person off? Sorry, they are… “Turned Off Already!” Often times I post, SUCH warning verses on some of the Bible sites. I have been told more than once… “You have a Critical Spirit!” Did you notice they blamed “I” [me] and… not that Word of God… that I simply posted and presented…?

“NO”… ‘Real Christian’... Fears the Word of God... “Unless”, they are… Out of “Obedience & Fellowship” …with GOD..!!!

Each & Every Moring… I spend time in the Word of God. When I come upon a part of the Word of God… that I have mistakenly not known or disobeyed… [2Chronicles 12:14]… I simply confess and forsake it. That is what… ‘real salvation’ in Christ Jesus is all about. “We Sin… ‘Confess & Forsake’… and He Forgives!” We choose ‘not to repeat’ that sin, because we realize the Cost… “His Precious Blood!” Often times we commit sins of ‘omission’ and do not even realize it. Have you ever had the leading to share Christ and then not do it, because you had a more pressing engagement or appointment? What can be more pressing, than to share the Gospel with a Sinner…? Absolutely… “NOTHING”!

*** (Proverbs 28:13) He [She] who = covers his [her] sins = shall ‘not’ = be blessed; = but whoever = confesses = and = leaves [forsakes] = them = shall have mercy.

*** (1John 1:5-to-10) And = this is “the message” = which we have heard = from Him = and = declare “to you”, = that God is light, = and = in Him = is ‘no’ darkness = at all.
(1Jn 1:6) If we ‘say’ = that we have = fellowship with Him = and = walk in darkness [disobedience], = we “Lie” = and ‘do not’ = practice = the Truth [Word].

Perhaps some time… you will make an ‘In–Depth’ study in the Word of God? The Word “MANY” is used 266 times in the NT and 259 times in the OT. Simply use your Bible software and look at the “Many MANYS” used in the Word of God. You can get that free Bible software from the above link. I use it and others, all the time.

What happens to the “MANY”… who hear the ‘Word of God’, and do not or refuse ‘to act’ on it…? Does their unbelief, affect you? Recently there has been a plethora of posting on Bible sites by unbelievers. I think ‘many’ of those came from Religious or Christian Families. Too many know too much about the Word of God, to quote Bible verses and then, “Mock Them, Openly”. Those are the ONES of which I spoke about, above. The True Faith and Salvation… cannot be handed down! It must be appropriated by “Each & Every One!” Again what happens when ONE… refuses to allow the Word of God… into their life?

*** (Matthew 13:19) When ‘anyone’ = hears = the Word = of the kingdom [of God] = and does ‘not’ understand it, = then = the wicked one comes = and = ‘catches away’ = that which was sown = in his heart. = This is the seed = sown by the wayside.

*** (Mark 4:14-15) The sower = sows = the Word [of God].
(Mark 4:15) And these = are those = by the wayside, = where = the Word is sown. = And = when they hear, = Satan comes immediately = and = takes away the Word = that was sown = in their hearts.

What the “MANY” do, with the “Word of God”… will simply determine where they will spend, ‘now and eternity’. God’s provision in Christ Jesus was that All should be Saved and come to Repentance. But MOST… will Not! ‘Many’ will have religion and believe that they are doing a work for God. Remember the above verse… Matthew 7:23… where Christ Jesus said… “I Never Knew YOU!” That is the fate of the ‘Many’ because they will not submit to the Word of God! That “rebellion” against GOD and His Word… enables ‘Satan’ to… “TAKE” the Word of God… out of ANY… “Unbelieving Hear!” What about the… “Other Many?”

*** (John 1:11-12-13) He came to His own, = and His own = received Him not.
(John 1:12) But as = “MANY” = as received Him, = He gave to them = authority to become = the children of God, = to those = who believe = on His name,

Yesterday, someone wrote me… after they had read the first blog, “Under Authority – 101” and asked, “What if your boss tells you to do something wrong?” Are there other situations, especially in war, when it is right to ‘disobey’ those… “Authorities having Jurisdiction…?” What comes to mind is that secular saying… “All is fair in Love and War!” That is called, ‘Situational Ethics’, where one changes like a chameleon to fir the situation. As I thought on that question the answer came immediately from the Scriptures…!

*** (Acts 5:29) And Peter = and the apostles = answered and said, = We = ought to = “Obey – God” = rather = than men.

The Apostles were preaching the Gospel… and were put into prison for the miracles and the preaching they were doing about Christ Jesus. The non-religious Jews and their Temple Soldiers took Peter and some of the Apostles into custody. That ‘Authority’, wrongly claimed that they were protecting their nation and the people from, heresy against God. So today may Preachers and Churches have wrongly abused their authority… in speaking against anyone that does not hold to their Denominational line and teachings. Something like making Water Baptism, necessary for Salvation, when it is ONLY… the Grace of God! Ephesians 2:8-9-10…!

Surely you have heard… “The needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the few”. That and other ditties and others like it are simply excuses to do what one wants. Somehow here in America, many have the mistaken idea that there is… “Justice for All?” Absolutely not, even though our Constitution says so. F. Lee Bialy said after the OJ Simpson trial, that he could identify… “Five Separate and Distinct”… legal systems, depending on ‘ones’… “Social, financial and economic status”. Short of the… “Judgment seat of Christ Jesus”… no one can expect ‘justice & equity’… in this world’s system.

*** (Ecclesiastes 8:11) Because = sentence = against an evil work = is not executed = speedily, = therefore the heart = of the sons of men = is fully set = in them = to do evil.


Suffering for doing good and not evil… is a hard thing. Many of the early church and even so today, there have been… “Martyrs for Christ and the Word of God.” You ‘say’ you believe… God and His Word, the Bible..? But do you really believe enough to give all you own and maybe even your life for… “God?” What will it cost you to follow Christ Jesus in Obedience to His Word? Surely, those that pay the ultimate price of their life and the lives of their families, know firsthand, the ultimate sacrifice for…“The Truth of God!”

*** (Philippians 1:29) For = to you = it is given = on behalf of Christ = ‘not only’ = to believe on Him, = but also = “To Suffer” = for = His sake,

*** (1Peter 2:18) Servants, = be subject = to your masters = with all fear, = not ‘only’ = to those good and forbearing, = but also = to the perverse ones.

IF your boss… asks or requires you to do something wrong or illegal… may I simply suggest that you … ‘Appeal’… to ‘him or her’? Some will simply storm out and then loose the opportunity to speak to the unsaved… about God has His Word. Is there an example in the Scriptures where this happened? Yes there is…! Most of the world does not nor wants to know God and His Word. Many will take the short cut, as ‘not’ to be branded a… “Bible Thumper!”

*** (Daniel 1:8-to-15) But Daniel = laid on his heart = that he would not defile himself = with the king's food, = nor with the wine which he drank. = So he asked permission = of the chief of the eunuchs = that he might = ‘not’ = defile himself.

This is an example… of appealing to that Boss, who you work for. Many times, those in management have pressures, that the average worker cannot comprehend nor even fathom. Being creative in your appeal, may bring about the solution to your situation. But again, it may not. Not all things in this world will be just and fair and equitable. Surely you know that as you get older it is harder to find employment. Many seniors have problems finding employment due to age discrimination, even though there are laws against it. I have found this true in my own work experience, especially after 40.

*** (Philippians 1:29) For to you = it is given = on behalf of Christ = ‘not only’ = to believe on Him, = but also = “To Suffer” = for His sake,

*** (Hebrews 11:36-to-40) And = “Others” = had trial of cruel mockings = and scourgings; = yes, more, = of bonds = and imprisonments.
(Heb 11:37) They were stoned, = they were sawed in two, = were tempted, = were slain with the sword. = They wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins, = being destitute, = afflicted, = tormented.
(Heb 11:38) The world was not worthy of them. = They wandered in deserts = and mountains = and dens = and caves of the earth.
(Heb 11:39) And = these “all”, = having obtained a good report = through faith, = did ‘not’ = receive the promise,
(Heb 11:40) for God = had provided = some better thing = for us, = that they should not be made perfect [complete] = without us.

The Cost of being a “Disciple of Christ”… is not readily spoken about, from the Pulpits of many Churches. Simply read through the New Testament and see what Paul and the other Apostles and Disciples… suffered for Christ and His Word. May I ask you, when was the last time you read Acts chapter ‘Seven?’ Stephen gave his testimony, using validation of the Scriptures to the religious Jews and was… “Stoned to death!” Perhaps, many of us forget that… the Christ Jesus we… ‘Love & Serve’… is “NOT”… Santa Clause.

*** (Job 2:9-10) And = his wife said to him, = Do you still hold = to your ‘integrity?’ = Curse God = and die!
(Job 2:10) But he = said to her, = You speak as one of the ‘foolish ones’ speak. = What? = Shall we receive “good” = at the hand of God, = and = shall we = not receive “evil?” = In all this = Job did not = sin with his lips.

Perhaps our focus should be… on the Word of God and the Truth found therein? Many live right on the edge. They have chosen a lifestyle that owns them and they are under the pressures of that lifestyle. You have heard me say before… “What you own, owns you!” And… “Less is More!” We will find ourselves in trouble when we do not follow, the God given instructions and principles that are found in… “His Holy Word”. IF you find yourself in a situation, simply ask yourself, “Have I asked God for His Wisdom… in this Situation?”

*** (James 1:2-to-8) My brothers, = count it all joy = when you fall into = different kinds of temptations [trials],
(Jas 1:3) knowing that = the trying of your faith = works patience.
(Jas 1:4) But let patience = have its perfect work, = so that you = may be perfect and entire, = lacking nothing.

In “each & every”… situation of Life… God has a ‘principle or example’… that we may apply to our own lives, for a solution to our problems. Many do not prepare for the future trials that will come upon us all. That is why it is so very important that we… “Know the Word of God!” Only through consistent prayer and study… of the Scriptures… can you have the wisdom and knowledge… to apply to ‘your’ situation of life. Did you ever examine these verses and try and figure out what Christ Jesus meant when He said…

*** (Luke 24:46-47-48) And = He [Jesus] = said to them, = So it is written, = and so it behooved = Christ = to suffer = and = to rise from the dead = the third day,
(Luke 24:47) and that = “Repentance” = and = remission of sins = should be proclaimed = in His Name = among “ALL” nations, = beginning at Jerusalem.
(Luke 24:48) And = you are = [My] witnesses = of these things.

What does it mean… “To be Under Authority…?” In today’s vernacular that is not a popular term. Many of the children will think, about their parents as the boss or maybe even their school? In reality, discipline in ‘Public & Private’ schools has taken a ‘permanent vacation’. In the workplace there may be a stricter authority, but still, many have allowed things that were not done so, even as short as 20-years ago. Comedy has so proliferated, this concept of… ‘No Authority’… as to make it a big joke… to everyone… in each & every situation.

In the realm of… ‘husband/wife’, interpersonal interactions… ‘one’ is the boss and the other only appears to be so. Say it isn’t so…? The amount of divorces simply indicates the ‘Truth’ of that statement. Vows made in churches before “God”, seem to be of no lasting validity, ‘even unto death do us part’, as promised. Many ministers ‘never’ even say… “If there is anyone who can show ‘just cause’ why these two should ‘not’ be married, speak now or forever hold your peace?” Somehow those that say they are Christians… do not even ‘practice & believe’… the Word of God.

***(Matthew 19:6) So they = are no longer two, = but one flesh. = Therefore, = what God = has joined together, = man must = “never separate”.

What does it mean… for a Christian to be… “Under Authority…?” When I was in the workplace, it was under the ‘old school’ training. IF you choose not to do it the… “Bosses Way”… you were out looking for other employment. The… “My or the Highway”… concept, seemed to work quite well. One just ‘sucked it up’, and did their job without any whining or complaining to the Labor Board. This ‘old school’ concept can be seen in the movie, “Heartbreak Ridge” starring Clint Eastwood.

He portrayed a Korean War [hardened] Veteran… training a platoon of “misfits, malcontents and goof-ups”… as combat marines, ready to go to war. None of them wanted to be, trained as marines, “Under Authority” but wanted to take the path of least resistance. Today, many of this nation’s “Youth”, have been “Miss-Trained” for life, for their parents! “Wrongly” trained as… ‘Friends’… and ‘Not’ those… “Under Authority!” Most are disrespectful to their parents, some not paying “Board & Keep”, but still living at home past High School and some past College! Most do not know what it means to be… “Under Authority”… nor do they even want to know, what that means.

Recently the courts… permitted an “Islamic girl, 17-years old”, to not return to her home and be out from under, her parent’s authority. The national news carried this story, claiming that she would be… “Put to death”… by her father, who was a ‘Strict Muslim’. The Christian community supported the girl and eventually she won her freedom, from her Islamic family. I believed this issue to be… “Wrongly backed by the Christian Community!” … “Why would I say such a thing”… even if this girl that had embraced Christ and His Word, the Bible… and has rejected the Quran and the teachings if Islam…? Simple Answer… “Under Authority…!”

***(Exodus 20:12) Honor your father = and your mother, = so that your days = may be long = upon the land which = Jehovah your God = gives you.

***(James 1:22) Keep on being = “Doers of the Word”, = and “NOT” = ‘Merely Hearers] = who = Deceive Themselves.

Worst case Scenario…? She might have died for her faith, making her a martyr for Christ. If she was not killed for her faith, then it could bring Christians together, to pray for ‘her divine protection’. Also many Christians could be praying for the “Repentance of her Family”, see 2Timothy 2:25-26. IF Her father would killed her, then he would face the death penalty for murder.

Best case Scenario…? She would have been able to share what Christ had done in her life and what the Word of God meant to her. Now she has ‘shamed’ her father and family… “Publically”… and probably will never be able to return… to share the “Love of Christ” and “His Gospel to all mankind”. She essentially, by her rebellion, sent a clearly wrong message… about what the Bible really teaches.

(2Tim 2:26) and = that they awake = out of the snare = of the Devil, = having been taken captive = by him, = so as to do = the will of that one [Satan].

We here, have lived under a "False Façade"... of being… “Under Authority”. Say it isn’t so…? Do you always drive the ‘Speed Limit’, or do you only slow down when you see that Law Enforcement has pulled someone over? Do you ‘do’ the assignment that your boss has given you or do you …“Bitch”… to your fellow co-workers about it…? Do you call the Blessed Name of Christ Jesus and say that you ‘live’ for Him…? IF someone asked your employer [Boss]… would Christ Jesus get blamed… for your lack of professionalism and complacency in your work life…?

***(Colossians 3:23-24-25) And whatever = you do, = do it heartily, = as to = “The Lord” = and = not to men;
(Col 3:24) knowing that = from the Lord = ‘you’ = shall receive the reward = of the inheritance. = For you = “serve” = the Lord Christ.
(Col 3:25) But = he who = does ‘wrong’ = shall receive = justice = for the wrong which he did, = and = there is no respect of persons.

About now… if you believe the Scriptures, you will begin to see that even the “Hard & Trying Circumstances”… come from our God. The fires of life will simply show us, what we are made of. “Jell-O” fits almost any mold, but it cannot stand up, unless it’s concentrated. If you always take the easy way, then you will never move onto… “Adult Maturation”. Some of the ‘30-to-40’ year olds, still act as Adolescents. The body may be mature… yet the mind, will and emotions may still be… ‘kiddy like!’

***(Luke 7:3-to-10) And = when he heard of Jesus, = he sent the elders of the Jews = to Him, = begging Him [Jesus] = that He would come = and heal his servant.
(Luke 7:4) And coming to Jesus, = they begged Him earnestly, = saying that he was worthy, = he for whom = You give this;

This man, a gentile, “Roman Centurion”… recognized that Christ Jesus was also… “Under Authority” and could say… “Just say a word and my servant will be healed!” Only those who are truly… “Under Authority”… can recognize this concept. Those who are ‘not’… “Under Authority”… ‘Cannot see the forest, for the Trees!’ That is they have no vision, of what it means to be “Under Authority!” Christ Jesus was under the complete authority of His Father. He spoke only what the Father told Him to, and did what, the Father told Him to.

***(John 5:30) I can do nothing of My own self. As I hear, I judge, and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of the Father who has sent Me.

***(John 12:49-50) For I have not spoken of Myself, but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say, and what I should speak.
(John 12:50) And I know that His command is life everlasting. Therefore whatever I speak, even as the Father said to Me, so I speak.

***(Ephesians 5:20-21) always giving thanks = for “all things” = to God the Father = in the name of = our Lord Jesus Christ,
(Eph 5:21) “Submitting yourselves” = to one another = in = the fear of God.

How many obey… only from the outside, while seething on the inside, against that authority…? Remember life is only here to show us… “What we are really made of… and… ‘IF’, we are truly trusting God… and what He has said in His Word, the Bible”. Believing God and His Word, is demonstrated in us and the way we respond to, ‘each & every’… situation. Perhaps one more time…?

Recently I took a… week off from writing blogs. I haven’t been on the internet very much either. I needed a break from all the… ‘Press of life’. So too, I did watch myself so that I did not …slip into a state of Entropy. It would be too easy to just give up on life. Perhaps I would even become as the person on whose care the bumper sticker read… “Since I have given up all hope… I feel much better!”

I will not bore you… with an extensive description of Entropy, but will allow you to look at your life and see “IF”, it is taking over…? Our country of America used to be full of ‘Hope & Promise’ for the future. Since the fallout of “9-11”… there has been a malaise that has taken over. Many, because of the recent… “Financial Fallout of the Economy”… and the massive Government Bailout… ‘Have lost’… most of their Hope for the future. Rightly so, as many can see what we, as a nation are slowly becoming a… Socialistic European Nation Model.

This week I went… shopping at “Wal-Mart” where I do most of my shopping. Table Napkins, the 500-count package, have gone up… ‘65-cents’… in the last three months. Pitted Black Olives which I use, on my ‘home made burritos’ have risen… ‘45-cents’ in the last two months. All the prices that have risen when the… ‘Gasoline’ prices skyrocketed… have “NOT”, come back down soon! Many prices on foodstuffs continue to climb with no end in sight. Even the store employees are complaining.

Is it worth the… effort to complain? Can the consumer change the price structure by using a formal complaint to the Head Office? I have contacted my Senator and voiced my opinion… “Against the Health Care - 1,600 page proposal”… to receive ‘only’… a letter of acknowledgement. It seems that all have their agenda… and nothing will stop the steamroller of Entropy that has taken over.

I did not… vote for ‘Change’… as most of “You” did! Knowing that Politics is the ‘largest religion’ here in America… I could for see the calamity… looming on the horizon. Most have lost their Jobs and their Houses. Notice I did ‘not’ say Homes? A home is a house with people. You cannot even believe the advertizing… “Home for Sale!” You do not get the people… when you buy the House, called a Home. The 14th Amendment of our Constitution prohibits the sale of humans.

Have you ever heard… the ‘Saying’… “Too late = to close the barn door = when, the Horse is Gone [escaped]?” So too… the massive shift of the Wealth of America… is moving overseas. We are no longer, the World’s ‘Greatest Manufacturing’ Nation. The dollar is worth less and less each month on the worlds… ‘Financial Currency Exchanges’. I purchased “BPS” [British Pounds Sterling] for my next trip to the UK this year and was sorely disappointed by the declining dollar.

Surely “God” has… is removing… ‘His Blessings upon America!’ Say it isn’t so? How about the promise of jobs for everyone? How about the promised economy boost that comes from Change? How about the false promise of… Health Care for Everyone? Did you know that Americans purchase more… ‘Pet Food’… than they do… “Baby Food?” America will never recover its former glory and world status. We have sinned by the Murder of Millions of Innocent Babies by Abortion. God will not allow us to go on, without reaping the consequences.

How about the… “CO2 levels?” This false claim of CO2 causing Global Warming is just what it is… Another Lie! How about AMERICANS… Stop Drinking… Carbonated [CO2] Drinks, Sodas and Beers…? What would that do… to remove the CO2 from the Atmosphere? Did you know that there are… One Hundred Thirty One BILLION cans of carbonated drinks annually.

Simply put… “Entropy”… is the decay of living and non-living things. As you get older, some of your parts may not work like they used to. Do you find when you exercise it takes you longer to recover that it did when you were younger? Do you have aches and pains in places… you never knew you had? Does the finish on your Vehicle… no longer look new? Do you women need to wear more or less makeup? Yes even the “Silliness of Evolution”… that MORE Complex life forms come from LESS Complex life forms is simply… “Ludicrous!”

Do you find it harder… to remember facts or easier? Most of us have a dedicated place for our Keys. Why? To free our memories from the mundane and keep it free to fill with meaningless entertainment. Yesterday I received a message from someone. They asked me, “Why are your blogs so Long?” My response, “How is it you can sit through a Two Hour Movie or a Three Hour sports show or concert… and complain about 5-minutes of reading?” That is simply Entropy. The Less we challenge our ‘mental cognitive’ abilities… the More we lose those abilities.

(Isaiah 28:13) But = the Word of Jehovah = was to them = precept on precept, = precept on precept; = line on line, = line on line; = here a little, = there a little; = that they might go, = and = fall backward, = and = be broken = and = snared = and = taken.

IF you will take the time… and read through the Old Testament of the Bible, you will see how that Israel, God’s chosen people… went from good to bad, simply by disobeying the Instructions that God had given them… in His Word. I can remember, that Church was mostly… the Sermon about the Word of God. Now it has declined from the teaching of the Word of God… to sermons about political, social and economic things. Entertainment has taken the place of the Word of God. Sadly to say… it is part and parcel of the Entropy that affects all areas of life.

How about you… in your personal life? Have you gotten too busy to spend time with God in His Word. Do you remember when you were… “NEW In Christ Jesus”… and had a zeal for Him and loved to read His Word to know more about Him? Where did that zeal for Him… Go? Has Entropy so affected your spiritual life that you have put away your Bible and settled for Christian Music or Christian Videos, on You Tube? God Forbid… that His Bride, The Church of Christ Jesus… should Leave their First Love?

(Revelation 2:4-5) But I have against you that you left your first love.
(Rev 2:5) Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and repent, and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and will remove your lamp stand out of its place unless you repent.

Many times on many sites… I see Christians posting sayings by Christian authors. No matter how truthful and wise those saying are… “Nothing matches the Word of God!” That is like, “Substituting” a picture of your loved one… rather than them personally. … ‘Ouch!’ All those writings… “Cannot be a substitution for the Word of God!” Doing so is simply Entropy. You have taken the Real… and substituted it with the figurative. Is that leaving your First Love? Simply put… “What can ever substitute for the Word of God?” … “Absolutely… Nothing!”

(Psalms 119:11) I have hidden = Your Word = in my heart, = so that I = might not sin = against You [Lord].

(John 17:17) Sanctify them = through = Your truth. = Your Word = is Truth.


Entropy can be overcome…! Simply start out, over again and again and if necessary, again! I used to write down on my computer monitor face… those Bible verses, that I use often, somewhere about 100. When my monitor died, I choose ‘not’ to write those references there on my next one. You too can ‘force yourself’ to remember and remember. Make you mind your “Slave” and force it to learn. Foreign languages are often good for that cognitive process. Some keep a sharp mind by doing cross word puzzles. Some even read books, instead of watching those mindless TV and Videos! …LOL!

(1Corinthians 9:27) No, = I keep on = beating my body = and = making it = my slave = so that, = after = I have preached to others, = I myself = will not somehow = be disqualified.

(2Timothy 2:15) Study earnestly = to present yourself = approved to God, = a workman = that does not need = to be ashamed, = rightly dividing = the Word of Truth.
(2Tim 2:16) But shun = profane, vain babblings, = for they will increase = to more ungodliness.

Surely you have heard the saying… “Use It or Lose It?” That is to counteract… Entropy! It will work with you body and your mind. The mind is simply the gateway to your Soul. What you allow into your mind will… “Affect or Afflict”… your soul. How many times have you said, IF I could only lose 10-pounds? Obviously ‘wishing’ it away does not work, believe me, I tried! …LOL! It takes… “Simple Discipline to overcome Entropy!” I cannot do it for you, it has to be your choice.

(2Corinthians 4:16) For this cause = we do not faint; = but though = our outward man perishes, = yet = the inward man = is being renewed = day by day.

(Psalms 19:14) Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in Your sight, O Jehovah, my Rock and my Redeemer.

How do you replenish… your inward man? Simply by feeding on… the Word of God! If the words of your mouth are not His, and the Meditation of your Heart is not on Him and His Word …then you are starving yourself. Many immerse themselves in Christian Writers. They replace the Word of God, with ‘Human Opinions’. Yes some are even good opinions, but they are NOT… the Word of God. You must allow the Holy Spirit of God… to teach your heart, mind and soul… from the Word Alone! One question…? Will those opinions of those Christian authors, last forever? The answer is in, the next line…!

(Matthew 24:35) The heaven and the earth = shall pass away, = but = My Words = shall ‘not’ = pass away.

(John 16:13-14) However, = when He, = the [Holy] Spirit of Truth, = has come, = He will = guide you = into ‘all’ Truth. = For He = shall ‘not’ speak = of Himself, = but whatever = He hears, = He shall speak. = And = He will announce = to you things to come.
(John 16:14) He = will glorify Me [Jesus], = for He will = receive of Mine = and will announce it to you.

The Only Way… to overcome Spiritual Leanness… and the Entropy, from not disciplining yourself… is to start again. Spend the first part of your day, in the Word of God. Make… “Mark 1:35”… your priority just as Christ Jesus did. Give back to God, the Glory due His Name! Start again and tell Him in ‘prayer’ of your desire to do so. He always welcomes His children back…!

(Mark 12:29-30) And = Jesus answered him, = The first = of all the commandments is, = "Hear, O Israel, = the Lord our God = is one Lord;
(Mark 12:30) and = you = shall love = the Lord your God = with = all your heart, = and = with = all your soul, = and = with = all your mind, = and = with = all your strength." = This is the first commandment.

Will GOD… ever give you a command… without giving you His Grace, Ability and Strength… To Do So…? Absolutely NOT! But you do have a ‘Free Will’ and you must Choose to use it. God never forces His children to obey. You simply choose… to obey – or – not to obey. Which will you… Choose?
