“Prophecy ‘Fulfillment’ – 101”…Blog.
*** (Proverbs 9:10) The fear of Jehovah [God] is the beginning of wisdom; and the knowledge of the Holy is understanding.
*** (Proverbs 4:7) Wisdom is the main thing; get wisdom; and with all your getting get understanding.
Do you ‘understand’… “Prophecy Fulfillment?” Perhaps this is one of the most important concepts of “Bible Study!” “Prophecy”, as used in the Scriptures; is the “Truth of God”; revealed though His Holy Word and by the mouths of Holy Men of God [2Peter 1:20-21]; in the writings of Scripture. There are “NO” new Prophecies; the Word of God, it is… “Complete!” There are No Lost Books! Some have been ‘fulfilled’ in the past, some ‘now’ and others; in the ‘future’. Some have been… “Partially Fulfilled”… ‘Only’ for the remaining; to be fulfilled later. For example!
*** (Luke 4:16-to-21) And He [Jesus] came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And, as His custom was, He went in to the synagogue on the Sabbath day and stood up to read.
(Luke 4:17) And the book of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. And unrolling the book, He found the place where ‘it was written’, [Isaiah 61:1-to-7]
(Luke 4:18) "The Spirit of the Lord is on Me; because of this He has anointed Me to proclaim the Gospel to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim deliverance to the captives, and new sight to the blind, to set at liberty those having been crushed,
(Luke 4:19) to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."
(Luke 4:20) And rolling up the book, returning it to the attendant, He sat down. And the eyes of all in the synagogue were fastened on Him.
(Luke 4:21) And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture” is fulfilled in your ears.
*** (Isaiah 61:1-to-7) The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
(Isa 61:2 A:) To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD,
= Fulfilled as Christ Jesus said; as read in “Luke 4:16-to-21” HE Stopped Reading;
And ‘Yet’… to be Fulfilled: During the Millennial reign of Christ Jesus “Again” here on earth!
*** (Isa 61:2 B:) and the ‘day of vengeance’ of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
(Isa 61:3) To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He might be glorified.
(Isa 61:4) And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of ‘many’ generations.
(Isa 61:5) And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
(Isa 61:6) But you ‘shall be named’ the Priests of the LORD: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: you shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.
(Isa 61:7) For your shame you shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.
These Verses are a ‘prime example’… of partial past fulfillment; with future fulfillment yet to come! When ‘Christ Jesus’ spoke in the synagogue… “He” stopped at Isaiah 61:2A. The “Day of “Vengeance of God”… is ‘YET’… “To Come!” There are ‘also’ those promises to “Israel”; the covenant people of God! They are… “NOT”–“Extended or Promised”… to the “NT Church”. Israel has been set aside; as a witness [2Chronicles 6:32-33] for God; till the “Times of the Gentiles” be fulfilled. There are ‘Many’ who falsely teach the… ‘Dual Plurality’ of the Promises of God… and “YET” = ‘Omit the Cursings’ of Disobedience; to Israel under those same ‘Promises’…!
*** (Luke 21:24) And they shall fall by the sword's edge. And shall be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem shall be trodden down by the Gentiles ‘until’ = the times of the Gentiles is fulfilled.
*** (Romans 11:25) For I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, lest you should be wise within yourselves; that blindness in part has happened to Israel, ‘until’ the fullness of the Gentiles has comes in.
“No Weapon – 101”…Blog.
There are ‘Many’ Christians… who follow ‘different’ prophecy teachers; “Only” to be led around on a ‘Merry-Go-Round’. Still ‘Others’ will follow the ‘First one’… who ‘falsely’ claims to have ‘New Revelation’. Especially about a particular Bible book or Bible passages… ‘Pursuant’ to the “Recent Happenings”… in the “News!” So too, there those that claim… “Dreams & Visions”… by the Holy Spirit; fulfilling future happenings; that are not in the Bible. All these “False Preachers, Teachers and Prophets”… are “Blind leaders of the Blind!”
*** (1Thessalonians 5:21) Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
*** (Acts 17:11) And these were more noble than those of Thessalonica, in that they ‘received’ the Word with ‘all’ readiness of mind and ‘searched’ the Scriptures ‘daily’ to see ‘if’ those things were so. [Or Not!]

Simple Questions:
Does knowing ‘about’ Bible Prophecy… ‘Make Anyone’… “More Spiritual” than the Others…? Yes or No…?
Did Christ Jesus ‘call’ His Disciples… “Both Then & Now”… to know ‘HOW’ to explain Prophecy; to lead… Others to Christ…? Yes or No…?
Was the Early Church… also ‘confused’ by all the different “Prophecy & False Teachers”… as His Bride, His Church… Confused Today…? Yes or No…?
*** (2Timothy 2:16-17-18) But shun profane, vain babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness.
(2Tim 2:17) And their word will eat like a gangrene; among whom are Hymeneus and Philetus,
(2Tim 2:18) who have erred concerning the truth, saying that the resurrection is already past, and who overthrow the faith of some.
*** (2Peter 2:1-2) But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who secretly will bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing on themselves swift destruction.
(2Pe 2:2) And many will follow their pernicious ways, and because of them the way of truth will be evil spoken of.
*** (2Corinthians 11:13-14-15) For such ones are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
(2Co 11:14) Did not even Satan marvelously transform himself into an angel of light?
(2Co 11:15) Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves as ministers of righteousness, whose end shall be according to their works.
Now Please… Open your Bible to Revelation; chapters ‘2&3’… and… ‘Read the Characteristics’; of the ‘Believers’… in those ‘Churches’…? Were some of them ‘Also’: “Led Astray”…?
What “Agenda & Mandate”… did “Christ Jesus”; leave for ‘those’ who would follow Him as “His Disciples”…? Did He intend for them to sit on the premises supposedly “Explaining Prophecy”; or did He send them to… “ALL - Nations and Peoples…?
*** (Luke 24:44-to-48) And He said to them, These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and in the Prophets and in the Psalms about Me.
(Luke 24:45) And He opened their mind to understand the Scriptures.
(Luke 24:46) And He said to them, So it is written, and so it behoved Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,
(Luke 24:47) and that repentance and remission of sins should be proclaimed in His name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
(Luke 24:48) And you are witnesses of these things.
