*** (Luke 19:40) And = He [Jesus] answered and said to them, = I tell you = that if ‘these’ should be silent, = the ‘stones’ would cry out.
*** (Nehemiah 4:2) And he spoke before his brothers and the army of Samaria, and said, What are these feeble Jews doing? Will they fortify themselves? Will they sacrifice? Will they make an end in a day? Will they = bring to life = the ‘stones’ = out of the heaps of the rubbish which are burned?
Many times… throughout the Holy Word of God; He has given us… “Word Pictures”… to convey His Truth. Those who are ‘Not’… “Born Again”… by the Holy Spirit of God… are ‘Impervious’ to the Truth of His Holy Word. Only; by God’s Holy Spirit… can one even ‘begin’ to understand God’s Truth! Many simply see the Bible, as just another secular book. God’s children… know it is; the Living, Holy, Word of God…!
*** (Hebrews 4:12-13) For the Word of God is living and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing apart of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
(Heb 4:13) Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight, but all things are naked and opened to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.
*** (2Peter 1:20-21) knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture came into being of its own private interpretation.
(2Pe 1:21) For prophecy was not borne at any time by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke being borne along by the Holy Spirit.
*** (1Corinthians 2:10-to-14) But God has revealed them to us by His Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God.
(1Co 2:11) For who among men knows the things of a man except the spirit of man within him? = So also = no one knows the things of God = except the Spirit of God.
(1Co 2:12) But we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit from God, so that we might know the things that are freely given to us by God.
(1Co 2:13) These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
(1Co 2:14) But the natural man does ‘not’ receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are ‘foolishness’ to him; neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
*** (Jeremiah 23:29) Is not My Word like a fire? = Says Jehovah [God]; = and like a hammer = that breaks the ‘rock’ in pieces?
*** (Deuteronomy 4:24) For Jehovah your God is a consuming fire, = a jealous God.
Many times… throughout the Holy Scriptures; God reveals Himself and the condition of mankind. There are many warning about, ‘Guarding our Hearts!’ When you read the Bible… have you ever lead to do… “Word Searches?” That is simply tracing a ‘word’; to see its particular uses throughout the Scriptures. Many times that will ‘key your mind’, to look out for specific words and their applications; to particular circumstances. All this is simply part of Growing in God’s Grace and Mercy… and The Knowledge and Application of God’s Holy Word!
*** (Proverbs 4:23) Keep your heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
*** (Mark 7:20-to-23) And He said, That which comes out of the man is what defiles the man.
(Mar 7:21) For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
(Mar 7:22) thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
(Mar 7:23) All these evil things pass out from inside and defile the man.
*** (Ezekiel 36:26) And I will give you = a ‘new’ heart, = and I will put = a ‘new’ spirit = within you. And I will take away = the ‘stony’ heart = out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.
(Ezek 36:27) And I will put “My [Holy] Spirit” within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you shall keep My judgments and do them.
*** (Zechariah 7:11-12-13) But they refused to listen, and gave a stubborn shoulder, and made heavy their ears from hearing.
(Zech 7:12) And they made their hearts as adamant stone = from hearing the Law and the Words which Jehovah of Hosts has sent through His Spirit, by the former prophets. And great wrath came from Jehovah of Hosts.
(Zech 7:13) And it will be, as He called, and they did not listen, so they called, and I did not listen, says Jehovah of Hosts.

These are just a few… of the instances when the… ‘Heart of Mankind’… is likened to a “Stone!” At the beginning… Christ Jesus… spoke about those rejoicing at His coming into Jerusalem. He said that if mankind should be silent; “The Stones would Cry Out!” Nehemiah 4:2… repeated the ‘mocking question’; of the unbelievers… “Will they = bring to life = the ‘stones’ = out of the heaps of the rubbish which are burned?” The rubbish or trash of our lives… can and is redeemed… by the Precious Blood of Christ Jesus! Yes, it is His Holy Spirit… that does bring “LIFE” to the stones of our hardened hearts; so those living waters… “The Holy Spirit”… will bring forth “Life!”
*** (John 7:38-39) The one who believes in me, = as the Scripture has said, = will have rivers of living water flowing from his heart."
(Joh 7:39) Now he said this about the [Holy] Spirit, whom those who were believing in him were to receive. For the Spirit was not yet present, because Jesus had not yet been glorified.
*** (Rom 8:9) You, however, are not of the flesh but under the control of the Spirit, since God's Spirit lives in you. And if anyone does ‘not have’ the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.
*** (1Co 6:9) You know that wicked people will not inherit the kingdom of God, don't you? Stop deceiving yourselves! Sexually immoral people, idolaters, adulterers, male prostitutes, homosexuals,
(1Co 6:10) thieves, greedy people, drunks, slanderers, and robbers will not inherit the kingdom of God.
(1Co 6:11) That is ‘what’ = some of you were! = But = you were washed, = you were sanctified, = you were justified = in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ = and in the Spirit of our God.
*** (Psalms 107:1-2-3) O give thanks unto the LORD, for he is good: for his mercy endures forever.
(Psa 107:2 Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom He hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
(Psa 107:3) And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.
How do you ‘know’… when your heart has been changed; from… “Stone to Life?” It is because the Love of God, through the Redeeming power of His Holy Spirit… gives you that Eternal Life! You love Jesus the Living Word… as much as you love His written Word, the Bible! It is what gives Life to your Soul, Heart and Mind! If you say you Love Jesus… but do not Love His Holy Word… perhaps you should examine your… “Conversion?”
*** (2Corinthians 13:5) examine yourselves, whether you are in the faith, prove your own selves. Do you not know your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you, unless you are reprobates?
*** (1Corinthains 16:22) If anyone does not ‘love’ the Lord, = let him be damned! Our Lord come!
*** (Hebrews 2:14-15) Therefore, since the children have flesh and blood, he himself also shared the same things, so that by his death he might destroy the one who has the power of death (that is, the devil)
(Heb 2:15) and might free those who were slaves all their lives because they were terrified by death.
*** (Romans 8:15-16-17) For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption by which we cry, Abba, Father!
(Rom 8:16) The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God.
(Rom 8:17) And if we are children, then we are heirs; heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ; so that if we suffer with Him, we may also be glorified together.
