“Lucky Charms”… are ‘Magically’ Delicious, so says that Cereal; advertising claim. How about “Valentine’s day” and all the ‘Millions’ that are raked in; also ‘claiming’ special rewards to those that celebrate it? Or the Horoscopes, that are published everywhere? Do the planets and stars… really control your Life? One year, the New York Daily Times paper… ran a retraction. some clerk; inadvertently mixed up the days and months. What happened to all those people’s horoscope ‘Predictions?’ How about those ‘old wives’ tales; charms; superstitions and all that ‘Malarkey’; that people trust? It seems to change from country and cultures.
*** (Deuteronomy 18:9-to-14) When you come to the land which Jehovah your God gives you, you shall not learn to do according to the abominations of those nations.
(Deut 18:10) There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that uses divination, an observer of clouds, or a fortune-teller, or a witch,
(Deut 18:11) or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or one who calls to the dead.
(Deut 18:12) For all that do these things are an abomination to Jehovah. And because of these abominations Jehovah your God drives them out from before you.
(Deut 18:13) You shall be perfect with Jehovah your God.
(Deut 18:14) For these nations whom you shall possess listened to observers of clouds and to diviners. But as for you, Jehovah your God has not allowed you to do so.
When the God of the Bible… and His Holy Word; is left out… all types of ‘witch craft’ replaces it. So it was with God’s people Israel in the OT, and even during the times of the Apostles in the NT. Today in America… there are many that practice the ‘Black Arts’ without even realizing it. Say it isn’t So…? Does a little angel, ‘Cupid’… empower your ‘Psyche’ on Valentine’s day? You did make your offering; buying those gifts… didn’t You? Without realizing it; you too fell into that trap! I wish that “____” would love me or some such nonsense? Many think and say that; even without realizing it.
*** (Acts 19:13-to-20) And certain from the strolling Jews, exorcists, undertook to name the name of the Lord Jesus over those having evil spirits, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preaches.
(Act 19:14) And there were seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, who did so.
(Act 19:15) But answering the evil spirit said, Jesus I know, and I comprehend Paul, but who are you?
(Act 19:16) And the man in whom the evil spirit resided leaped on them, and overcoming them he was strong against them, so that they fled out of the house naked and wounded.
(Act 19:17) And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks who lived at Ephesus, and fear fell on all of them, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.
(Act 19:18) And many who believed came and confessed and showed their deeds.
(Act 19:19) Also many of those practicing the curious arts, bringing together the books, burned them before all. And they counted the prices of them and found it to be fifty thousand pieces of silver.
(Act 19:20) So the Word of God grew mightily and prevailed.
How about that… Harry Potter craze…? Or that “Hollywood Idol”… you swoon over; be it man or woman…? Even the TV Programs are filled with “Sexually Suggestive” innuendos and suggestions. No one even thinks of “Purity & Holiness!” Only that Sexual Fulfillment… has become the driving force; the backbone of ‘Advertising’. “Hedonism” reigns supreme; as the USA’s leading exports are…. “Pornography and Abortion!” Unwanted pregnancies lead the Agenda; even though there are “Birth Control” products are readily available. Instead Millions of Innocent Babies are… “Murdered by Abortion”… each year!
*** (Deuteronomy 9:4-5) Do not speak in your heart, after Jehovah your God has cast them out from before you, saying: For my righteousness, Jehovah has brought me in to possess this land. But for the wickedness of these nations, Jehovah your God drives them out from before you.
(Deut 9:5) Not for your righteousness, or for the uprightness of your heart, do you go to possess their land. But for the wickedness of these nations Jehovah your God drives them out from before you, so that He may perform the Word which Jehovah swore to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

(Pro 9:18) But he does not know that the dead are there; her guests are in the depths of hell.

All this ‘Wickedness’… simply hides within any society and is practiced each day; without a second thought. How then, can anyone simply say… “God Bless America?” Our practices and our agendas… Simply Leave God and His Holy Word; that Bible… Out of our society; and out of our hearts. “Holiness & Purity”… has kicked out and… “Anything Goes”… has become the ‘norm.’ Say it isn’t so…? Speak out against Abortion or Homosexuality… and you ‘may’ be charged with a “Hate Crime!”
*** (Isaiah 5:20) Woe to those = who call evil good = and good evil; = who put darkness for light = and light for darkness; = who put bitter for sweet = and sweet for bitter!
*** (Matthew 5:48) Therefore be perfect, even as your Father in Heaven is perfect.
*** (1Peter 1:13-to-16) Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep a clear head, and set your hope completely on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed.
(1Pe 1:14) As obedient children, do not be shaped by the desires that you once had in your ignorance.
(1Pe 1:15) Instead, just as the one who called you is holy, be holy in every aspect of your life.

So where do you go… from here; knowing these things…? Life is not made up of a few big choices… although Choosing Christ; is the most important one… anyone will make! Life is made up a “Billions of Little Choices”… each and every moment of Life! Choosing making right little decisions… leads to Spiritual Maturity; and being available to be used by Christ… for His special work! You make ‘Choices’… Whom you will; “Love & Serve”… “Christ Jesus”… or “Self”…!
