Moved…?
“God Hates Divorce!”
*** (Malachi
2:14-to 17) Yet “You” say, Why? Because The LORD has been witness between “You”
and the wife of your youth; against whom “You” have dealt ‘Treacherously”; yet
she is your companion and your
covenant wife. [Mark 10:11-12]
(Mal 2:15) And did He [God] not make “You” one? Yet the vestige of the Spirit is in him. And what of
the one? He [God] was seeking a godly seed. Then guard your spirit; and “Do
NOT” act treacherously with the wife of your youth.
(Mal 2:16) The
LORD, the God of Israel, says He hates “DIVORCE”: and to cover with violence on his garment, says
The LORD of Hosts. Then guard your spirit, and do not act treacherously.
(Mal 2:17) “You” have wearied The LORD with your [Lying] words. Yet
“You” say, In what have we wearied Him? When “You” say, “Every evildoer is good in the eyes of The LORD”, and
“He delights in them”; or, “Where is
the God of justice?” [Psalms 66:18]
The Hebrew text in “Malachi 2:16”… is a word picture for the
clothing of a slain person. The perpetrator of the Divorce: takes their blood
stained garment; and then wears it as a “Badge of Dishonor”, to the slain one.
This is a word picture of those who: “Wrongly Justify” their Divorce. Malachi
is the last book of the OT. It was followed by “400 – years” of ‘Silence’ from
God! Matthew opens the NT: and the Jews had perfected their Divorce procedures.
Two schools of thought prevailed. But ‘neither’ stated God’s Holy Standard:
“One Man” + “One Woman” = “For Life!” Of course, “You” can see why they: Hated
Christ Jesus! He continually returned to God’s Standard: “It is Written!”

(John 12:48) He who rejects Me [Jesus] and does not receive My
Words; has One who judges him; the “Word” that I have spoken; the same shall
‘Judge’ him in the “Last Day”.
They had to
“FIRST”… ‘Set Aside’ God’s Holy Ordinance for Marriage. Did “You” notice
Hebrews 13:4; “Marriage is Honorable in ALL”: Both “Jew & Gentile?” And
“Romans 2:14-15”, where the “Law of God” is even written in the heart of
mankind, already. They then “Accuse or Excuse”: their Actions! Every culture on
earth, knows that: “Stealing, Murder, Adultery & Lying” is “WRONG!”
Remember… “An Excuse
is a Skin of a Reason”… “Stuffed with a LIE!” People who Divorce; “Violate
their own Conscience”, as well as the Holy Word of GOD! They also sew a field
of “Sin/Sins”, which they will soon “Reap in the Future”. Both within
themselves “AND”: in their Children! [Son 2:15]
*** (Romans 2:14-15) For whenever gentiles, who do not
possess the law, “Do Instinctively”: what the Law requires, they are a law to
themselves, even though they do ‘Not’ have the law.
(Rom 2:15)
They show that what the law requires is written in their hearts, a fact to
which their own consciences testify, and their thoughts will either ‘Accuse’ or ‘Excuse’ them.
*** (Hebrews 13:4) Let marriage be kept honorable in every
way, and the marriage bed undefiled. For God will judge: those who commit
sexual sins; especially those who commit ‘Adultery.’
*** (Matthew 19:3-to-12) Some Pharisees came to Him [Jesus] in
order to test Him. They asked, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife
for any reason?"
(Matt 19:4)
He [Jesus] answered them, "Haven't “You” read that the One [God]: Who made
them at the beginning 'made them male and female'
(Matt 19:5)
and said, 'That is why a man will leave his father and mother and be united
with his wife, and the two will become one flesh'?
(Matt 19:6)
So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined
together, man must ‘Never’ separate." [Who Moved?]
(Matt 19:7)
They asked Him [Jesus], "Why, then, did Moses [allowed] permit us 'to give
a certificate of divorce and divorce her'?"
(Matt 19:8)
He [Jesus] said to them, "It was because of your: ‘Hardness of Heart’ that Moses allowed
[permitted] “You” to divorce your wives. But from the beginning it was not this
way. [Who Moved?]
(Matt 19:9) I
[Jesus] tell “You” that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality
[Deuteronomy 22:13-to-30] and marries another woman commits adultery."
(Matt 19:10)
His disciples said to Him [Jesus], "If that is the relationship of a man
with his wife, it's not worth getting married!"
(Matt 19:11)
But He [Jesus] said to them, "Not everyone can accept this saying, except
those to whom celibacy has been granted.
(Matt 19:12)
For some men are celibate from birth, while others are celibate because they
have been made that way by others. Still others are celibate because they have
made themselves that way for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. Let anyone
accept this who can."
Those Christians
who would “Approve Divorce”… surely “DO Not” Truly know “Christ Jesus” OR:
“His Holy Word!” In a recent “National Neilson Poll”, over “85+%” of Americans
[polled]: said they were “Christians?” Does that mean they are NOT: “Jewish or
Muslim or Agnostic?”
Obviously
that does ‘NOT’ mean… that they are: “Biblical Christians!” “True
Believers” hold ONLY: to the Complete Authority of the Holy Word of God! If I
sleep in a ‘Garage’, does that make me a ‘Car?’ If someone says I have a heart
of ‘Stone’, does that make me a ‘Statue?’ I use such a “Hyperbole”: to
illustrate ‘exactly’ what Christ Jesus said! And ‘What’ was that about “People”
[Matthew 7:21-22-23] who said they were “HIS”…? Did He, Christ Jesus say: “Few”
– “Some” OR: –> “MANY”…?

7:21-22-23) "Not
everyone who keeps saying to Me [Jesus]: 'Lord, Lord,' will get into the
kingdom of heaven, but only the person who keeps doing the will [Word] of My
Father [God] in heaven.
(Matt 7:22) “MANY”
will say to Me [Jesus] on that day; 'Lord, Lord, we prophesied in Your name,
drove out demons in Your name; and performed many miracles in Your name, didn't
we?'
(Matt 7:23) Then I [Jesus] will tell them plainly: 'I [Jesus] never
knew ‘‘You’’. Get away from Me, “You” who practice Lawlessness!'"
