*** (1Samuel 3:21) And Jehovah [God] appeared again in Shiloh. For Jehovah revealed Himself to Samuel in Shiloh; by the Word of the Lord ‘Jehovah’.
*** (Luke 6:46) And why do you call Me [Jesus] Lord [Savior], Lord [Master], and ‘do not do’ what I [Jesus] say?
*** (James 1:22) Keep on being ‘Doers’ of the Word; and ‘Not’ merely hearers; who ‘Deceive’ themselves.
Recently someone said to me… “I speak with Jesus every morning, even before getting out of bed!” My next question is the title of this blog… “Did You: ‘Hear’ Jesus today?” What I am really asking is… “Did you spend time in His Holy Word… allowing Him; to speak “With & To” You… by His Holy Word?” He is speaking all the time… but ‘Many’ choose to turn a deaf ear to Him! Why else do so very many churches… have the majority of their Church services; filled with “Entertainment”…? Why are so very many ‘Christians’… ignorant… of what His Holy Word… “Says?” Before you turn me off… perhaps may I… simply ask:
“Did YOU… open Your “BIBLE”... and Meet with “Christ JESUS”… in His “HOLY WORD”... before ‘YOU’... Turned on ‘Your’… TV, Computer, Radio, or Cell Phone...?
Please answer to yourself… and not to me. Is ‘hearing’ Jesus… from His Holy Word… more important… than “Any of these above: Adult Toys”…?
*** (Luke 4:4) Jesus answered him, “It is written; One ‘must not’ live on bread alone, but on ‘every’ Word of God.”
*** (Isaiah 29:13) And Jehovah [God] said, Because this people draw near Me with their mouth, = and with their lips honor Me, = but have removed their heart far from Me, = and their fear toward Me = is taught by the precept of men;
*** (Mark 1:35) And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, He [Christ Jesus] went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.
*** (Matthew 26:39) And He [Christ Jesus] went a little further and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, O My Father [God], if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me. Yet not as I will, but as You will.
(Matt 26:40) And He came to the disciples and found them asleep. And He said to Peter, What! Could you not watch with Me; but one hour?
(Matt 26:41) Watch and pray that you enter not into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing; but the flesh is weak.
Isn’t it about Time – 101 ?
Yes, we all have ‘Busy Lives’… but are they so very busy… that You cannot: “Meet with Christ Jesus… in His Holy Word”… Daily? The Children of Israel… got up early in the morning… to get the Manna! So as Christ Jesus is ‘OUR’… Bread of Life… shouldn’t we give the ‘First Part’ of our day to Hear from Him…? Many today applaud our military for what they are doing for the ‘security & safety’ of our country. Yet they do not have that, same discipline to meet with Christ Jesus… as His Soldiers… in this spiritual war! In the identical way… many watch sports… without realizing the ‘discipline & training’… they have to have: to compete. Why then… are there so very many Christians… are still “Babies in Christ”… after All this time…?
*** (2Corinthians 4:16) For this cause we do not faint; but though our outward man perishes; yet the inward man is being = renewed = day by day.
*** (1Peter 2:2-3) desire the sincere milk of the Word, as newborn babies, so that you may grow by it;
(1Pet 2:3) if truly you have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
*** (2Timothy 2:15-16) Study earnestly to present yourself approved to God, a workman that does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.
(2Ti 2:16) But shun profane, vain babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness.
*** (2Timothy 2:3-4-5) Join me in suffering like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
(2Ti 2:4) No one serving in the military gets mixed up in civilian matters; for his aim is to please his commanding officer.
(2Ti 2:5) Moreover, no one who is an athlete wins a prize; unless he competes according to the rules.
*** (1Corinthians 9:27) No, I keep on beating my body and making it my slave so that; after I have preached to others, I myself will not somehow be disqualified.
If you speak with Jesus in ‘prayer’… did you know that all prayer is “Conditional”…? Perhaps you have never read though the entire Bible; since you came to Christ…? If Not… Why Not…? How can one that is a “Redeemed Child of God”… be so very familiar with this perishing, corrupted world… and then Not Know: “What the Holy Word of God… Says?” Do you know More of that ‘Christian Lingo’… and Listen more to those ‘Pseudo Christian Music Videos’… than You do to: “His Holy Word”…? What is ‘Wrong’ with that Picture…? Satan comes as an ‘Angel of Light’… into ‘All Religious Services’… masquerading as Truth; but really… “Mixing: Truth & Lies!” How then do you know… “The Truth”… Except by the Holy Word of God…?
*** (John 17:17) Sanctify them through Your truth. Your Word is Truth.
*** (Luke 18:1) Jesus told his disciples a parable about their need; to pray all the time and never give up.
*** (Psalms 66:18) If I regard iniquity in my heart; Jehovah [God] will not hear;
*** (Matthew 5:23-24) So if you are presenting your gift at the altar and remember there that your brother has something against you,
(Matt 5:24) leave your gift there before the altar and first go and be reconciled to your brother. Then come and offer your gift.
*** (1Timothy 2:5) For God is one, and there is one Mediator of God and of men; the Man Christ Jesus,
*** (James 2:19) You believe that there is one God. That's fine! Even the demons believe that and tremble with fear.
Do you Tithe… to Christ? Some will answer Yes! Many will answer… ‘Only a pittance!’ If you will simply see… “TIME”… as part of your stewardship before God? He graciously gives to you… but; shouldn’t you ‘Also’… “Tithe your Time?” Meeting with Him, in His Holy Word… is the only way to get a… “True Heart Knowledge of Him!” Some listen to sermons and read postings about Him. But to have Him… speak His Truth; to your ‘Heart & Soul’… is what; are those… “True Riches of Christ!” What is Jesus wanting to say to you… that He is not able to use you ‘Completely’… “Because You; will Not… Hear His Holy Word”…? How much does He have of you… “Less than 10%”...?
*** (1Corinthians 10:12) So let him who thinks he stands; take heed; lest he fall.
*** (Luke 21:1-to-4) And looking up, He [Jesus] saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.
(Luke 21:2) And He also saw a certain poor widow casting two lepta in there.
(Luke 21:3) And He [Jesus] said, Truly I say to you; that this poor widow has cast in more than all of them.
(Luke 21:4) For all these have cast in to the offerings of God from their abundance, but out of her poverty; she has cast in all the living she had.
*** (2Samuel 24:24) And the king said to Araunah, No, but I will surely buy from you at a price. And I will not offer burnt offerings to Jehovah my God of that which costs me nothing. And David bought the threshing-floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.
*** (Luke 16:10-11-12) He who is faithful in the least is also; faithful in much. And he who is unjust in the least is also; unjust in much.
(Luke 16:11) Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will entrust the True Riches to you?
(Luke 16:12) And if you have not been faithful in that which is another's, who shall give you that which is your own?
*** (Jeremiah 9:23-24) So says Jehovah, Do not let the wise glory in his wisdom, nor let the mighty glory in his might; do not let the rich glory in his riches;
(Jer 9:24) but let him who glories glory in this; that he understands and knows Me [God], that I am Jehovah; doing kindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth; for in these I delight, says Jehovah.

*** (James 4:4-to-9) You adulterers! Don't you know that friendship with the world means hostility [war] with God? So whoever wants to be a friend of this world is an enemy of God.
(Jas 4:5) Or do you think the Scripture means nothing when it says that the Spirit that God caused to live in us jealously yearns for us?
(Jas 4:6) But He gives all the more grace. And so He says, “God opposes the arrogant but gives grace to the humble.”
(Jas 4:7) Therefore, submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will run away from you.
(Jas 4:8) Come close to God, and he will come close to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
(Jas 4:9) Be miserable, mourn, and cry. Let your laughter be turned into mourning, and your joy into gloom.
(Jas 4:10) Humble yourselves before the Lord; and He will exalt you.
*** (John 1:10-11-12) He [Christ Jesus] was in the world, and the world was made through Him. Yet the world did not recognize Him.
(John 1:11) He came to his own creation, yet his own people did not receive Him.
(John 1:12) However, to all who received Him; to those believing in His name, He gave authority to become God's children, [John 7:38-39 & Acts 15:8-9]
PRAYER:
Father God, until now, I have not made Your Holy Word; a priority in my life. I have substituted all sorts of religious songs & videos… for the Pure Milk of Your Holy Word. Father I ‘confess & forsake’ my actions… and ask for Your Grace & Understanding… about Your Word. Help me to manage my time; so that You may be glorified in me. Open your Holy Word to me, and give me a hunger for Your Holy Word… that I have never had before. This I humbly ask… in Jesus’ Precious Name and for Your Glory… Amen & Amen…!
