Please allow me to ask you a “Question”…? How does a ‘Finite Human Being’… earn their “Eternal Salvation”… from an “Infinite God”…? He or She… “Can Not!” Mankind is “Sinful” by nature… born in ‘Sin & Trespasses’… passed on to the Human Race… by the ‘Rebellion & Disobedience’… of Adam & Eve…! We are born “Sinful”… and that is why Christ Jesus came… to redeem a Lost Human Race! How then can a sinful person… earn salvation… from a Holy Eternal God…? They “Cannot earn salvation”… it is the “Gift of God”… by His Grace, Love & Mercy…! What it gets down to is… Who do You Believe…? God and His Holy Word… or what some Church Denomination… “Teaches”…?

*** (John 7:38-39) The one who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, will have rivers of living water flowing from his heart."
(John 7:39) Now he said this about the Spirit, whom those who were believing in him were to receive. For the Spirit was not yet present, because Jesus had not yet been glorified.

Being “Born Again”… that is being born from Above… by the Holy Spirit of God; is what makes… “One a Christian!” Church membership or any other action… does not make one a ‘Child of God!’ It is His Holy Spirit… indwelling that human… that give that one… that divine relationship… whereby we may call God… “Father–Abba [Daddy]”…! Christ Jesus is called the Lamb of God… and specifically the Passover Lamb of God. When the Jews celebrated the Passover… that word picture… looked forward to Christ the Messiah. In the NT we look backward towards the Cross… where Christ said… “It Is Finished”…!
*** (Romans 8:15-16-17) For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you have received the [Holy] Spirit of adoption by which we cry, Abba, Father!
(Rom 8:16) The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God.
(Rom 8:17) And if we are children, then we are heirs; heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ; so that if we suffer with Him, we may also be glorified together.

Do you understand; “Biblical Forgiveness”…? Do you understand that Christ Jesus… took our place… on the cross and… “Died in… ‘Your’ place… for You”…? God the Father… sees us in Christ; and thus we are “Positionally Forgiven” of all our SIN/SINS… “Past, Present & Future!” Future you say…? When Christ died and rose again… it was over 2,000 years ago. All of us were in the ‘Future’. But we do “Sin”… some by ‘Commission’ and some my ‘Omission!’ That is why we have an Advocate with God… Christ Jesus! When we confess and forsake our SIN/SINS… we are “Forgiven” in the ‘Practical’ sense. Did you ever say something you ‘wish’ you hadn’t…? Or have that ‘Thought’… and continue to entertain it… till convicted by the Holy Spirit…? Remember… SIN is the Root… SINS are the Fruit…!

*** (Proverbs 28:13) He who covers his sins shall not be blessed; but whoever confesses and leaves them shall have mercy.
*** (1John 1:5-to-10) And this is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.
(1Jn 1:6) If we say that we have fellowship with Him and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the Truth.
(1Jn 1:7) But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
(1Jn 1:8) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
(1Jn 1:9) If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
(1Jn 1:10) If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Word is not in us.

Salvation is the Gift of GOD… “Nothing More”… “Nothing Less”..! Can you earn a gift…? Absolutely Not! When someone gives you a ‘Gift’… do you have to do anything to earn it…? Absolutely Not…! Well why then would you think ‘You’ have to be… “Water Baptized”… to be a Child of God…? If you will take the time and read through these References and Blogs… there are enough Bible verses… to validate these facts. When one is Born Again by the Holy Spirit of God… they must Read & Study the Holy Word of God… to grow in God’s Grace and in the understand of Bible teachings. This learning is by the Holy Spirit… as One spends time in the Holy Word of God…!

Where does “One”… go from here…? You alone must make the Choice…! Believe God and His Holy Word… “OR”… Believe what some Church Denomination says…? So who are you going to Trust with your… “Eternal Destination”…?
