“What does the Bible say about Jesus’ Mother: ‘Mary’? – 101” …Blog

“What does the Bible say about Jesus’ Mother: ‘Mary’? – 101” …Blog

*** (Isaiah 7:14) So, the Lord Himself shall give you a sign. Behold, the virgin will conceive and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call His name Immanuel.

*** (Matthew 1:22-23) Now all this happened so that might be fulfilled that which was spoken of the LORD by the prophet, saying,
(Matt 1:23) “Behold, the virgin shall conceive in her womb, and will bear a son. And they will call His name Emmanuel,” which being interpreted is, God with us.

*** (John 17:17) Sanctify them through Your Truth. Your Word is Truth.

*** (Numbers 23:19) God is not a man that He should lie, neither the son of man that He should repent. Has He said, and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken, and shall He not make it good?

May I simply ask ‘You’… “Do you believe the Holy Word of God… ‘OR’… what some Church Denomination teaches”…? God’s Word says He cannot Lie… and the His Word is Truth! Yes Mary, Jesus’ mother was a Virgin before her marriage. Christ Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit… Just as the Scriptures… ‘Say!’ But what else does it say about Mary’s marital relationship with Joseph, Jesus’ step father…? Yes, Joseph did have Marital Relations with Mary after Christ Jesus was Born.  The Scripture say SO… and it says Jesus had at least… “4 Brothers & 2 Sisters!” Why then is she called the… “Virgin Mary”…? After the Birth of Jesus… and had marital relations with her husband… Joseph… she was No longer a Virgin… but a ‘Mother’ & a wife!

*** (Luke 1:30-to-35) And the angel said to her, Do not fear, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
(Luke 1:31)  And behold! You shall conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call His name JESUS.
(Luke 1:32) He shall be great and shall be called the Son of the Highest. And the Lord God shall give Him the throne of His father David. [Isaiah 55:3]
(Luke 1:33) And He shall reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there shall be no end.
(Luke 1:34) Then Mary said to the angel, How shall this be, since I do not know a man?
(Luke 1:35) And the angel answered and said to her, The Holy Spirit shall come on you, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow you. Therefore also that Holy One which will be born of you shall be called Son of God.

*** (Matthew 1:24-25) When Joseph got up from his sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary as his wife.
(Matt 1:25) He did not have marital relations with her until; she had given birth to a son; and he named him Jesus.

*** (Matthew 13:55-56) Is not this the carpenter's son? Is not his mother called Mary? And his brothers, James and Joses and Simon and Judas,
(Matt 13:56) and his sisters, are they not all with us? Then from where does this man have all these things?

*** (Mark 6:3) Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary; the brother of James and Joses and Judas and Simon? And are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at Him [Jesus].

Did “Christ Jesus”… give any ‘special recognition’ to Mary; because she was His mother…? What do the Scriptures… “Say”…? IF you will read the following verses… Christ Jesus… gave “NO Special Place”… to any of His physical relations… Mother, Brothers or Sisters…! Why is that…? A person becomes a Child of God… by the Second Birth; A Spiritual Birth… by the Holy Spirit of God…! Any physical relation… has No place in the Kingdom of God… Without being Born Again… by God’s Holy Spirit…! Didn’t Jesus say so…?  Of course He did… “John 3:3-to-7”.
Well what about Mary’s cousin… and her remarks…? Simply read those verses… Do they give any credence to Mary being Other Than… the Mother of Christ Jesus… the Promised Messiah to Israel…? Absolutely… “Not!” Simply read all those Bible Verses… posted after this paragraph…?

*** (Matthew 12:47-to-50) Then one said to Him, Behold, Your mother and Your brothers stand outside, desiring to speak with You.
(Matt 12:48) And He [Jesus] answered and said to him who told Him; Who is My mother? And who are My brothers?
(Matt 12:49) And He [Jesus] stretched out His hand; toward His disciples and said, Behold, My mother and My brothers!
(Matt 12:50) For whoever = shall do the will [Word] of My Father in Heaven, the same is My brother and sister and mother.

*** (Mark 3:33-34-35) And He [Jesus] answered them, saying; Who is My mother, or My brothers?
(Mar 3:34) And He looked around on those who sat about Him, and said; Behold My mother and My brothers!
(Mar 3:35) For whoever does the will [Word] of God, the same is My brother and My sister and My mother.

*** (Luke 11:27-28) As Jesus was saying this, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, “How blessed is the womb that gave birth to you and the breasts that nursed you!”
(Luke 11:28) But He [Jesus] said: “Rather, how blessed are those who hear God's word and obey it!” [Luke 6:46 & James 1:22]

*** (John 3:3-to-7)  Jesus replied to him, "Truly, truly I tell you, unless a person is born from above he cannot see the kingdom of God."
(John 3:4)  Nicodemus said to him, "How can a person be born when he is old? He can't go back into his mother's womb a second time and be born, can he?"
(John 3:5)  Jesus answered, "Truly, truly I tell you, unless a person is born of water and Spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
(John 3:6)  What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit.
(John 3:7)  Don't be astonished that I said to you, 'All of you must be born from above.'

*** (Luke 1:41) And it happened as Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb. And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit,
(Luke 1:42) and cried out with a loud voice and said, Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.
(Luke 1:43) And from where is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?
(Luke 1:44) For lo, as the voice of your greeting sounded in my ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.

What about ‘Mary… was she… “Sinless”… as some ‘Falsely Claim’…? What does God’s Holy Word say… Never Mind… “Your or My”… Opinion…? Opinions do Not count…! ONLY the Holy Word of God… is “Truth”… just as “Christ Jesus} said in “John 17:17”! When the Scriptures say… None is Righteous… No Not ONE… it does NOT leave an exception… for Mary. She too… just as you… Need a Redeemer… Christ Jesus…! Finite human mankind… born in Sin… will not seek after God on his own. God calls each and every human…! Many reject God… His presence in Creation and His presence in Redemption. When Christ Jesus said… “It is Finished”… His perfect sacrifice for the sins of mankind… No LONGER… required any sacrifice! He fulfilled the complete Levitical Requirements of that… “One Sacrifice for All Time & Eternity!”

*** (Romans 3:10-11-12) as it is written: "There is none righteous, no not one;
(Rom 3:11) there is none that understands, there is none that seeks after God."
(Rom 3:12) “They are all gone out of the way, they have together become unprofitable, there is none that does good; No, Not One.”

*** (Romans 3:18-19) “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”
(Rom 3:19) But we know that whatever things the Law says, it says to those who are under the Law; so that every mouth may be stopped and all the world may be under judgment before God,

*** (John 19:30) Then when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, It is finished! And He bowed His head and gave up the spirit.

*** (Hebrews 10:10-to-18) By this will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ; once for all.
(Heb 10:11) And indeed every [Levitical] priest stands daily ministering and offering often the same sacrifices; which can never take away sins.
(Heb 10:12) But this Man [Christ Jesus], after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever; sat down on the right of God,
(Heb 10:13) from then on expecting until His enemies are made His footstool.
(Heb 10:14) For by one offering He has = perfected forever = those who are sanctified.
(Heb 10:15) The Holy Spirit also is a witness to us; for after He had said before,
(Heb 10:16) "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord; I will put My Laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,"
(Heb 10:17) also He adds, "their sins and their iniquities I will remember no more."
(Heb 10:18)  Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

Well the Choice… is now yours! Either believe what some… ‘Church Denomination’… teaches… ‘OR’… “Believe the Holy Word of GOD!…?

(2Peter 3:15-16)  And think of the long-suffering of our Lord as salvation as our beloved brother Paul also has written to you according to the wisdom given to him
(2Pet 3:16) as also in all his letters, = speaking in them of these things; = in which are some things hard to be understood, = which the unlearned and unstable = pervert, = as also they do the rest of the “Scriptures”, = to their own destruction [Damnation].

*** (1Corinthains 16:22) If anyone does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed [Damned]. The Lord comes!

*** (2Corinthains 13:5) examine yourselves, whether you are in the faith, prove your own selves. Do you not know your own selves; that Jesus Christ is in you, unless you are reprobates? [Romans 8:9]

Love; in Christ, Roger / Ezekiel 3:18-to-21.
