“The ‘Fruit’ of the Holy Spirit – 501”…Blog. [5/?]

“The ‘Fruit’ of the Holy Spirit – 501”…Blog. [5/?]

*** (2Corinthians 4:7) But we have this treasure [The Holy Spirit] in earthen vessels [human bodies]; so that the excellence of the power may be of God; and “NOT” of us;

*** (Zechariah 4:6) Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, This is the Word of Jehovah [God] to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by My [Holy] Spirit, says Jehovah [Lord] of Hosts.

The ‘Only’ good thing is us is… “Christ!” God lives though us; by His Holy Spirit… indwelling our finite human bodies to share with others… “His Salvation in Love, Mercy & Grace!” The Gospel has been given to ‘US’… as the “Ambassadors of Christ!” We share both the ‘Good News’ & the ‘Bad News’… as “Hope” in a corrupt and dying world. May I suggest that… “Obedience”… is a Fruit of the Holy Spirit? God uses His children to share His redemption, for all mankind. He originally used His people Israel but they have been… “Set Aside”… for a season. Please, open your Bible and read out loud…  “Romans 11:25 & Luke 21:24”. God now is using His Children; the Church of Christ; the Bride of Christ… as only a ‘temporary’ replacement for what He had Israel for. [John 4:22-23-24] Still, we have to be… ‘Willing & Able’… to do His Work.

*** (Romans 8:14) For as many as are led by the [Holy] Spirit of God; they are the [fully matured] sons of God.

*** (John 14:12) Truly, truly, I [Jesus] say to you, He who believes on Me, the works that I do he ‘shall do’ also; and ‘greater works’ than these he shall do; because I go to My Father [God].

*** (Ephesians 2:10) For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained; that we should walk in them [do them].

*** (2Corinthains 5:17-to-21) So that if anyone is in Christ, that one is a new creature; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
(2Co 5:18) And all things are of God, Who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ‘ministry’ of reconciliation;
(2Co 5:19) whereas God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and putting the word of reconciliation in us.
(2Co 5:20) Then we are ambassadors on behalf of Christ, as God exhorting through us; we beseech you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.
(2Co 5:21) For He has made Him [Jesus] Who knew no sin; to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. [1Cor 5:7 Christ our Passover]

Do YOU Present an Unbalanced Gospel…?
Unbalanced – 101 Blog.

“Obedience”… is not only a ‘Choice’… but is something that is ‘Learned!’ If you have ever dealt with Children… you know of what I speak. “Did you wash your Hands?” “Did you pick up your Toys, as I asked you to?” “Remember, I told you; even though you do not like, ‘Broccoli’… you still have to finish your small…“No Thank You”… helping!”  It is no different with Adults. We too have to learn “Obedience” to Christ… just as Christ to God… needed to learn Submission = “Obedience!” Too many times, as adults… we want to do things our own way. Even after all this time… I, myself… sometimes resist the promptings of the Holy Spirit. My flesh gets in the way; but I repent and change my… “Rebellion to Obedience”… to the ONE; Who purchased me with “His Own Precious Blood”…! I am ‘bought’ with His Price…! How then can I Refuse… “Him–Jesus”…? My ‘only’ other choice is to be like, “Judas!”

*** (John 8:29) And He [God], Who sent Me [Jesus] is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone; for I ‘always’ do those things which please Him.

*** (Luke 22:42) saying, Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me. = Yet not My will, = but Yours be done. [Obedience]

*** (Hebrews 5:7-8-9) For Jesus, in the days of His flesh, when He had offered up prayers and supplications with strong cryings and tears to Him [God], Who was able to save Him from death, and was heard in that He feared,
(Heb 5:8) though being a Son, yet He ‘learned’ Obedience; by the things which He suffered.
(Heb 5:9) And being perfected; He became the Author of ‘eternal’ salvation to all those; who ‘obey’ Him [Jesus],

*** (Luke 6:46) “Why do you keep calling Me [Jesus]; ‘Lord’ [Savior], ‘Lord’ [master], but don't do what I [Jesus] tell you?”

*** (James 1:22) Keep on being Doers of the Word, and “NOT” merely hearers who ‘Deceive’ themselves.

*** (Act 5:29) And Peter and the apostles answered and said, We ought to ‘obey’ God; rather than men.

*** (2Timothy 2:3-4-5) Therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
(2Tim 2:4) No one who wars entangles with the affairs of this life, that he may please Him who chose him; to be a soldier.
(2Tim 2:5) And also if anyone competes, he is not crowned unless he competes lawfully.

*** (Nehemiah 9:16-17) But they and our fathers acted proudly and hardened their necks, and did not listen; to Your commandments.
(Neh 9:17) And they refused to obey; neither were they mindful of Your wonders which You did among them. But they hardened their necks, and in their rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage. But You are a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and did not forsake them.

*** (1Samuel 15:22-23) And Samuel said, Does Jehovah delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices; as in ‘obeying’ the voice of Jehovah? Behold, ‘to obey’ is better than sacrifice! To ‘listen’ is better than the fat of rams!
(1Sam 15:23) For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idol-worship. Because you have rejected the Word of Jehovah, He has also rejected you from being king!

Why do you think that ‘Most’ Christians… have such a ‘Hard Time’; “Obeying” God’s Holy Word…? First; because they have not ‘dedicated’ themselves; to spend a specific time with Him; in His Holy Word. Many ‘other’ things have crowded their lives… and Christ and His Holy Word; have a “Less or Last” priority; than the… ‘Press of Life!’ Christ Jesus thought it paramount; to ‘meet’ with His heavenly Father, each morning; before those extended hours each day, of His ministry. Remember God calls all His Children… “Soldiers for Christ!” How then can you go on through your day… without first; meeting with Him… in His Holy Word…? Does a soldier go to battle with daily ‘Orders & Training’…? Absolutely ~Not!

*** (Mark 1:35) And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, He [Jesus] went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. [Worshiped]

*** (1Corinthians 9:27) No, I keep on beating my body and making it my slave; so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not somehow be disqualified.

*** (1Samuel 2:30) And Jehovah, the God of Israel says, I said indeed, Your house and the house of your father should walk before Me forever. = But now Jehovah says, = Be it far from Me! = For those who honor Me [God] I will honor, = and those that think little of Me shall be lightly regarded.

*** (2Samuel 24:24) And the king said to Araunah, No, but I will surely buy from you at a price. = And I will not offer burnt offerings = to Jehovah my God = of that which costs me nothing. = And David bought the threshing-floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.

*** (Jeremiah 12:5) If you have run with footmen, and they wore you out, then how can you compete with horses? And if you feel secure in the land of peace, then how will you do in the swelling [overflowing] of the Jordan? [Good times vs bad times]

*** (1Samuel 3:21) And Jehovah [God] appeared again in Shiloh. For Jehovah revealed Himself to Samuel in Shiloh; by the Word of Jehovah.

*** (Matthew 11:27-to-30) All things are delivered to Me [Jesus] by My Father [God]. And no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, = and the one = to whom the Son [Jesus] = will reveal Him [God].
(Mat 11:28) Come to Me [Jesus] all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
(Mat 11:29) Take My yoke on you and ‘learn’ of Me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and you shall find rest to your souls.
(Mat 11:30) For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.

How about IT…? Yes, the ‘Only’ good thing is us is… Christ! God lives in us; though His Holy Spirit. These finite human bodies are “God’s Vehicle”… for God’s Work… by His Holy Spirit… ‘Who indwells “US!” Only, when you are ready to “Obey”; and Only then, can God work through… “YOU!” His workers are most of the time… not out front! They are the Servants of Christ… doing His Work… and ‘not’ to call attention to themselves: but to Christ! Are you truly… a servant of Christ… ‘Reading & Studying’… His Holy Word; so that you may be easily; “Led easily by His Holy Spirit = Romans 8:14” The choice is yours… “To Obey”… or… “Not to Obey!”

*** (Matthew 23:11) But he who is greatest among you; shall be your servant.

*** (Luke 17:10) So likewise you, when you shall have done all the things commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants, for we have done what we ‘ought’ to do.

*** (Romans 12:1) I beseech you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, pleasing to God; which is your ‘reasonable’ service. [response to Him]
(Rom 12:2) And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, in order to prove by you what is that good and pleasing and perfect will of God.
(Rom 12:3) For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think. But set your mind to be right-minded, even as God has dealt to every man the measure of faith.
(Rom 12:4) For even as we have many members in one body, and all members; ‘do not’ have the same function [Office],

*** (1Peter 3:12) For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears open to their prayers. But the Lord's face is against those who do evil.
(1Pet 3:13) And who is the one who will harm you if you become imitators of the good?
(1Pet 3:14) But if you also suffer for righteousness' sake, you are blessed. And do not fear their fear, nor be troubled,
(1Pet 3:15) but sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and be ready always to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason of the hope in you, with meekness and fear; [fear of God]
(1Pet 3:16) having a good conscience, that while they speak against you as evildoers they may be shamed, those falsely accusing your good behavior in Christ.
(1Pet 3:17) For it is better, if the will of God wills it, to suffer for well-doing than for evil-doing.
(1Pet 3:18) For Christ also once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, indeed being put to death in the flesh; but made alive in the Spirit;
