How will you spend ‘your’… “1440”… today? Each morning I open my Bible and spend up to an hour… Reading & Studying… God’s Holy Word! Even when I ‘was’ working… “8-10-12” hour days; I went to bed early… and then got up one hour early for work. Many of Jesus’ disciples… could ‘not’ handle His teaching and left following Him. So it is today; many when they are exposed to “Biblical Truth”… cannot handle it. Simply read “1Corinthians”… and see what is meant by that? Why do you think so ‘many’ wrongly believe; that ‘one’ can lose their Salvation? True He is ‘Human’… but He is also God! Our problematic ‘Human’ thinking keeps us from; “Obeying & Understanding” –> God! Why is that…? We often try and relate to Him and His Word; on ‘‘Human’’ terms. We ‘Fail to take what He said by Faith; and thus question His ability to be God. Your ‘‘Human’’ thinking questions something as simple as “Women Preachers!” God never intended Women to Preach; and none of the Bible was written by a woman. Yet out “PC” [Politically Correct] ‘Human’ reasonings… will Not allow us to accept what God has said as “Truth!” “True TRUTH” cannot be questioned’ by a “Finite Human’’ being such as “Yourself!” Yes, ‘You’ often ‘Do’… “Don’t You?” That False Logic that ‘says’ we have to ‘Understand First’… makes us “Disobedient to God and His Holy Word!” Say it isn’t So…?

Do ‘You’ plan your Bible study…? What tools do ‘You’ use…? ‘You’ plan your Vacation or even the purchase of that “New XYX”, don’t ‘You?’ And yet ‘You’ have no plan… when it comes to the Study of God’s Holy Word…? “Lets’ get started”…? Please note that these are only suggestions; are “Not complete nor finite”. If ‘You’ are Truly Born Again, by God’s Holy Spirit…He will help ‘You’ learn! Heart preparation is most important! Please open your Bible and compare these two scriptures… “2Chronicles 12:14 & Ezra 7:10”…? Now please look at… “Psalms 66:18?” Did ‘You’ write these down anywhere? Perhaps a ‘Note Book’ where ‘You’ can make a list of these and other Scriptures for Quick Reference? I use a Giant Print [18 point] Bible and write my notes ‘IN’ my Bible; along with other reference Scriptures. Please note that all [printed inside] Bible Notes are ‘Not Inspired’ by the Holy Spirit… Only the Scriptures are. Sometimes printing companies and proof readers; make mistakes. Check individually all references.

*** (John 16:13-14-15) However, when He; the [Holy] Spirit of Truth, has come; He will guide you into all Truth. For He shall not speak of Himself; but whatever He hears; He shall speak. And He will announce to you things to come.

Did ‘You’ notice the Parentheses’… [like this one]… in these Blogs?  They are ‘Helps’ that expand the topic of that subject. These are simply Helps that I use to keep my ‘mind & heart’ stayed on the Holy Word of God; and to share with others. Someone recently asked me about… ‘Bible Commentaries”…? There are some “Very Bad Ones” and some “Very Good Ones”. Remember ‘Only’ the Scriptures are inspired by the Holy Spirit… “Not the ‘Commentary’ Notes!” The OT Hebrew & NT Greek studies; of the Scriptures will really help ‘You’. English translations are ‘not’ always accurate. The Amplified Bible is the most accurate; because it sometimes takes more than one English words to accurately translate one NT Greek word. For example: (Luke 18:25) a needle's eye. The Greek word is “Surgical Needle”, which can be found in a Greek NT Commentary. Many of the Bible commentaries say; that it is a Gate called the ‘Needles Eye’, in Jerusalem. May I suggest a very good Bible commentary…? www.gty.org has one with over 20,000 notes. It is called the “John MacArthur Bible” and comes with a ‘built in’ commentary, maps, notes and very many other Bible helps; in one volume. It comes in various English translations, KJV, NASB, New KJV and others.

*** (2Timothy 3:15-16-17) and that from a child, you have known the Holy Scriptures; which are able to make you wise to salvation; through Faith [Ephesians 2:8-9-10] in Christ Jesus.

(2Tim 3:16) All Scripture is God-breathed; and is profitable for Doctrine; for Reproof; for Correction; for Instruction in righteousness, [Jeremiah 23:29 & Hebrews 4:12-13]

(2Tim 3:17) that the man of God may be perfected; thoroughly furnished, to every good work.

*** (Luke 4:4) And Jesus answered him [Satan], saying; It is written that “Man shall ‘Not’ live by bread alone; but by ‘Every’ Word of God.” [Deuteronomy 8:3]

*** (2Peter 3:15-16) Think of our Lord's patience as salvation; just as our dear brother Paul also wrote to you; according to the wisdom given him.

(2Pet 3:16) He speaks about this subject in all his letters. Some things in them are hard to understand; which ‘ignorant’ and ‘unstable’ people distort; to their own destruction; as they do the rest of the Scriptures.

Where do ‘You’ begin…? If ‘You’ have not done a study in the OT Scriptures… may I suggest first: “Acts 7:1-to-60 [All]”…? Stephen, the first Martyr of the Jerusalem Church expounded on the History of Israel; in a ‘Chronological’ manner. All the OT Books are not necessarily in that order; but are compiled for ease of reading. If ‘You’ have not studied the NT Scriptures… may I suggest the Gospel of Luke…? Is once again is the most Chronological gospel account. Often times I ask “JESUS”… “Where do ‘You, Lord’ want me to Read”…? [Romans 8:14] Remember a Bible ‘Study & Reading’ plan… needs to be “Flexible”. There will be some things ‘You’ will not understand immediately. And there are some things that will be “Immediately Illuminated” by the Holy Spirit… indwelling all; His Truly Born Again ones!
